We bought a new 20 foot swim spa and 8 foot hot tub in August 2024. Nathan was wonderful to work with and recommended an awesome delivery driver who made things go smoothly. Nathan was very informative and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We have reached out a few times with questions since our purchase and we given the same time and consideration as when we first walked into the showroom. We had had zero issues with our swim spa and hot tub. We are pleased with our spa investment and recommend Aqua Living in Arden and Catalina Spas to anyone who is in the market to buy. We are happy customers!

Aqua Living was our first stop in our search for a hot tub. Our intentions were to hit 3 more retailers that day. However we were very impressed with Alex and his attention to detail concerning the hot tubs. We made a connection and decided to look no further. We purchased our hot tub that day! It was just delivered today and we are thrilled. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment!

Josh was very thorough and asked all the right questions to make sure I got what I wanted and nothing I didnt need. He gave me all the options and descriptions of what those options entailed to better help me make the most informed decision possible. Never tried to up sell me which is something I value highly. Very good at follow up communication as well. He was able to get back with me within the hour in most cases with his correspondence.
