I had the best experience with Matthew from the Caldwell Auqa Living business. Very informative, showed and told us things to give us options, didn't make us feel pressured. Best purchasing experience I have had in a while. From start to finish. Leah walked me through all the details from what kind of hot tub, placement, foundation and electrical. Leah is a star and treated my wife and I like we had been friends forever. She made sure we knew all of the steps. Leah’s team was spot on and always informative. I knew when the hot tub was being built and when they were testing the unit before shipping. Perla got my deck built in one day of me contacting her. Victor, the electrician that Leah recommended, was on site the first day and arrived at my house on a Sunday morning for the delivery. Victor did an outstanding job and spa was up and running within 2 hours of delivery. Cody, who delivered the unit, was at my house at the exact time he said he would arrive. He unloaded and moved the spa into position with precision. It was not an easy task as my house had a lot of obstacles to overcome including a pool. Would recommend Aqua Living to anyone looking to purchase a new spa.
