I am very happy with our purchase of the hot tub from Aqua Living. The selection at the showroom was excellent. The salesman Joe patiently explained the process of delivery & installation. Answered all of our questions. We were very comfortable in our decision to purchase. Joe also followed up after delivery to make sure we were happy with all. This store and salesman, Joe was recommended to us by friends who had purchased a hot tub some time ago and we could not be happier. From the start Joe explained the process of installation, delivery & how to maintain the hot tub. We had many questions and Joe answered us very patiently without pushing us to buy. We feel very comfortable with our choice because of his knowledge and know that we could call on Joe anytime with any questions. We would highly recommend him to friends or family.

Tim never used high pressure sale techniques. Just let us look an answered questions. The tub was delivered and set up by Stevie and we’ve been enjoying the tub ever since.
I got the tub for chronic pain issues and use it at least once, sometimes up to four times daily. It’s been a blessing. Love it!!

Amazing hot tubs. Their hot tubs are the best!! Would be worth buying on quality alone, they just so happen to also be some of the least expensive. Definitely check them out before you buy a tub!

We could not be happier with Herb and his store. The prices are fantastic, the service is top-notch, and the guys who do the delivery are so cool and easy to work with.
Herb is happy to answer my questions about the hot tub and setup etc and he clearly knows the business in and out.
I highly recommend stopping in to see Herb before you make your purchase anywhere else.
