Great auction, very smooth process when purchasing a property and good communication throughout. Callum is a great auctioneer, very polite and good at communicating.

Paul, Callum and team did an excellent job of selling a commercial property. Within 7 days of listing the property for auction, they had received an acceptable cash offer and we managed to exchange contracts swiftly, allowing the property to be withdrawn prior to auction. There was zero pressure to accept the offer and the level of communication throughout the process was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend to anybody needing to dispose of a property swiftly and efficiently. Thank you all for your efforts!
