I recently moved to the area and was concerned about finding a new vet that I liked. I hit the jackpot with Dogwood Trails! Everyone from the front desk staff to the vet tech to the doctor were very nice and helpful. They didn’t rush me in and out, they spent time answering all of my questions thoroughly and they were very sweet to my dog. Then, to top it all off, the prices are reasonable! 😊 I highly recommend taking your fur babies to Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital!

I can’t say enough great things about Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital. Hachi wasn’t feeling well, and what started as a very stressful and emotional situation for my wife, Courtney, and me quickly turned into an incredibly positive experience because of the amazing team here.
From the moment we walked in, Kenleigh, Kate, and Lane were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, compassionate, professional, and genuinely cared about Hachi. They took the time to comfort him (and us), answered our questions, and made us feel like we were in the best possible hands.
Dr. O’Keefe was simply exceptional. She performed a thorough examination, quickly diagnosed Hachi with a double ear infection and severe allergies, and explained everything clearly so we understood exactly what was going on. She immediately put together a treatment plan that focused on getting him comfortable and helping him feel better as quickly as possible. It was obvious that she truly cares about her patients and treats them as if they were her own.
What really stood out to us wasn’t just the excellent medical care—it was the kindness, patience, and genuine compassion shown by every single member of the team. They took what could have been a chaotic, overwhelming, and stressful visit and somehow made it feel calm, reassuring, and even enjoyable because of the way they interacted with Hachi and with us.
Thank you, Kenleigh, Kate, Lane, and Dr. O’Keefe, for going above and beyond. Courtney and I are so grateful for the outstanding care you gave Hachi. If you’re looking for a veterinary team that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to both pets and their families, I wholeheartedly recommend Dogwood Trails Animal Hospital. They have earned our trust, and we won’t take Hachi anywhere else.

Everyone is SO sweet, they really took care of Moose and gave him so much love on his first visit, used great resources to make sure he was comfortable and not scared for his first shots. From the moment we walked in, Breanna was incredibly sweet. My coffee wasn't quite finished when they called us back, which just shows how quick they are :) and she actually brought it to the exam room for me! Lovely and professional staff. My cat, Dennis, recently needed all of his teeth removed due to stomatitis. They treated him so well, gave great communication on his status and after care and honored my daughter’s weirdo request to save her a few of Dennis’s teeth (thanks, Michael!)
