L&P Plumbing & Well Service is the only one you'll need in this area of CT. Sean, Jerry, thank you for years of excellent service and always there when we need you! Sean did the original plumbing in our new house 9 years ago, added extra outdoor faucets, etc. Since then we have used L&P for a variety of fixes from kitchen sink faucet to toilet replacements, to installing a much needed utility sink in the basement so that I can garden more easily. Sean responds quickly when we call so I always know he or Jerry will take care of any plumbing/water issues we may have. Most recently, our gas hot water heater died and water was in the basement. Of course it had to be on a Saturday night. Sean called within minutes of my leaving a message and informed they'd be here first thing Monday after they picked up a HWH from the supply house. Team was here 8am sharp and installed quickly, even informed me about maintenance on our soft water system. All around excellent, don't hesitate, call L&P!

Recently we had service re our stand-up shower push-pull open/close faucet (was not working) and our kitchen sink faucet (was operating at very low pressure). Sean, of L&P Plumbing, replaced the valve in the shower faucet assembly and provided us with a new kitchen sink faucet assembly resulting with normal, increased operating pressure. Great partnership of plumbers. They have fixed faucets, water heaters, irrigation Turn offs and shower thermostats for me I consistently call them. Pleasant, knowledgeable and clean up immaculately. All for a reasonable price. And as dependable as you can get. Come quick and when they say they will be there, they are.

Sean and Jerry are definitely set the gold standard for customer service. I called Sean to schedule a quote to install a new boiler and Sean arrived within hours the same day. Sean quoted me what I consider a very fair and honest price and scheduled me in accordingly. On job day, both Sean and Jerry arrived a few minutes early which I judge as a good indicator of honesty and integrity. They removed the old, installed a new Peerless boiler and also upgraded some older plumbing fixtures. They also did an amazing job cleaning up, it was spotless. L & P was recommended to me by Steve’s Plumbing Supply for which I’m truly grateful. I not only had a chance to meet a few true craftsmen that are very talented and experienced, but they’re also 2 incredibly down to earth guys that will stick with you to make sure it’s done right.
