What a wonderful way to spend a winter afternoon! Didn’t know quite what to expect, but it exceeded my hopes for a fun mother daughter afternoon….it was immaculately clean, and the host was so welcoming, the large window in the sauna gives a beautiful of the lake, and there is plenty of time allowed in each session. We really enjoyed ourselves and will go again!

What an amazing experience, if you are thinking about it just book it with 5 of your closest friends then you will have the place to yourself for 1 hour. My body felt amazing for it....Loved it! And it is clean and beautiful......

I've been into sauna/cold plunging for the past year or so, and have tried out many Okanagan spots in this endeavor. Please don't hesitate to book ✨HERE✨ I had the best experience in this clean facility, I enjoyed the little minnows 🐟❄️ in the lake-basket style cold plunge while enjoying the stunning view of the lake at night. And I had the added bonus of trying out the "silent session" on Tues, very relaxing and nice to know all signed up would value the quiet 🤫 The only thing I would want further is a longer session 😉⌛

Amazing Sauna & Cold Plunge! Excellent setup—clean, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. The sauna heat was just right, and the cold plunge was refreshing and energizing. Felt incredible afterward. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful way to start my day! Loyly floating Sauna was a positive way to push myself out of my comfort zone. I experienced first hand the mind and body health benefits of this unique sauna and plunge. A must do solo or with friends if you’re in Kelowna!

I visited the floating sauna with my girlfriends, and it was an amazing experience. The view, the atmosphere, the cold plunge, and relaxing inside the sauna were all fantastic. The place was very clean, and the staff member on duty was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

It’s a lovely facility, the view is incredible. Experience was ok, very rushed at end of session definitely need more time 1 hour isn’t enough to enjoy it fully.

5/5 experience! I have done a community sauna and private sauna and both are wonderful experiences. If you’re looking for a team building activity, a way to connect with friends or enjoying some time with your friends and family I highly recommend booking a private session. It’s such a nice way to unwind and connect. The owners are great people and they’ve done a wonderful job of creating a calm and inviting space. I highly recommend a visit to Loyle floating sauna!

We had a private experience, easy to book and they were thorough with rules and procedures when we all arrived (even at different times!) The sauna is cozy but gets very warm and steamy! It’s a small space but they do a great job to make it work for a group of us 6-7 people. Nice activity into do in downtown Kelowna!
