Ro came out the next day after calling to address a small leak with our roof. He got to work right away and took care of it no time along with going over the rest of the roof to look for additional issues. Great service, no unnecessary upsell, just a dude that lets his work speak for itself! Being new to the area, it’s great I got a reliable roofer I can count on!

Rom and his team did a really good job on this project to replace the whole roof. It is a very complex roof with lots of valleys. The team cleaned everything and everywhere nicely. The new roof looks beautiful. I will highly recommend them and work with them on other new projects as well.

Loyalty Roofing, Romulo, Laryssa & the entire team are some of the best vendors I have ever worked with!
This past June we purchased a fixer upper and the first thing needed to be done was redoing the roof. Not only were we interested in getting the roof re-shingled and protected but we also wanted to restructure one portion, increasing the roof height as well as adding 2 skylights.
Romulo came during the initial process, gave us great advice, knowledge and pricing for a complex roofing job. Everyone made us feel very confident in their ability to get the job done correctly. The end result was a masterpiece, the roof looks beautiful with great protection, we now have new gutters, 2 skylights in the kitchen an an elevated roof!
Their guarantees and warranty is something that really sold us as well. I would give Loyalty Roofing 5 stars on the final product as well as their communication and customer service.

We were very happy with Loyalty Exterior. They did timely work and were not disruptive to us as my wife and I both work from home. The quality of their work was top notch.
There was an exterior light that fell off that we noticed after they were done with the job and Loyalty was quick to come out and fix it, even though we had paid them already.
We highly recommend this company and half of my neighbors have used them and were also very happy.

I had a great experience with Ro and his team at Loyalty Exterior Solutions. They did an excellent job installing new gutters at my house and were communicative throughout the entire job. Unfortunately, two trees fell on my house during a storm. Fortunately, it did not penetrate the interior. Unfortunately, I have a metal roof which made it a bit more challenging to find a company that could/ would do the repair. Fortunately, I came upon Loyalty Exterior Roofing.
I have had many experiences with contractors and repair companies but none have made me as happy as Loyalty Roofing. It all started with a return phone call. Sounds simple, doesn’t it. Then it was immediate attention to the site visit and evaluation. As it turned out, my job was a little more complicated due to matching color and style of ribbing so some detective work was needed. This caused some delay but communication was excellent so my blood pressure was in good order.
Day of repair….. on time, efficient and neat. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with this company. I just wish they would start giving lessons to others!
