Best experience ever! We received excellent service from Loyal Transfers in multiple bookings while in Europe. We travelled from Geneva to Chamonix and then from Chamonix to Zermatt. Both journeys were relaxing with amazing views of the countryside. We highly recommend this company to all future travelers.

Ride from Geneva to Morzine France Rode from Geneva to Morzine with Loyal Transfers. The scenery along the drive is amazing! Our driver Arnolds (Arno) was such a pleasure to ride with friendly, knowledgeable, and quite humorous. It was a great ride.

Unfortunately, 40 minutes late We waited more than 40 minutes for our driver to arrive. The driver was initially rude, and also did not offer to help with our bags. The drive itself was smooth and safe. More details: We booked a transfer from GVA to Annecy. Many reviewers praised their punctuality and communication. Unfortunately that was not our experience. It's worth noting that we booked for the same day. However, the company had the opportunity to refuse the booking or ask the necessary follow up questions to ensure appropriate service. When we got to Arrivals in GVA, our driver wasn't there. I texted the driver and got no answer. After 5 minutes, I called the agency. They said the driver was 10-15 minutes out. They were surprised that we were already through customs, even though it was 15 minutes after the requested pickup time. This could've been avoided if they had reviewed the flight number (CDG > GVA doesn't require going through customs) or simply asked. 8 minutes after the phone call, I got an email from the company saying the driver was now 16 minutes out. You can see where this is going... Finally, the driver arrived. However he called from a different number than the one I was given, and he didn't identify himself. When I asked him to identify himself he seemed to get upset and asked if I still even wanted the ride. The driver was almost shouting at me over the phone. His demeanor changed when we met. He introduced himself, shook my hand but didn't offer to help with bags. He didn't apologize for being late.

Smooth journey and will definitely book again! The driver was lovely and helped us with our luggage! He also showed up on time and confirms the ride the night before via text! The van was comfortable to sit in and is a perfect size for our large suitcases!

Best and safety drive! Excellent transfer, fast and also with free water in hot weather :) Good and safe driver. If you are traveling with small children, there is also a child seat in the car. I reccomend!

Loyal Transfers is GREAT We were picked up by Davis at Royal Transfers. He drove us from Geneve train station (Cornavin) to our hotel in Chamonix. He was GREAT! Would definitely recommend Loyal Transfers. And they were a little lower priced than others I contacted.

Loyal transfers are great I’ve used Loyal Transfers twice now to two different resorts, from Geneva. Both times I can’t fault the service. They arrived on time, the communication was good, the price was fair, and the vehicles were clean and modern. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Top-notch! We used Loyal Transfers when going to/from our destination (Geneva Airport - Val d'Isère). We had a great experience with them! The drivers, Kris and Kaspar, were both really nice and their driving felt very safe. They were also both early to pick us up which was very much appreciated, especially when going to the Airport having a plane to catch. It was also a nice touch with the water bottles provided in the cars, and the cars in general were also very clean and comfortable. The communication with Loyal Transfers was smooth and they were very fast to reply. When making a request for a booking, someone from their office reached out via Whatsapp to confirm our booking and also provided us more information about our driver and their Whatsapp number, a service we appreciated a lot as it made the communication very simple. We definitely recommend Loyal Transfers and will use them again next time we go to the alps!
