My two children got in a wreck with their father’s girlfriend. I have full custody of my children, and the father decided to involve a lawyer etc. He didn’t give me the lawyer information, he gave a different law firm, but when I found out who the lawyer was I called and found out that they had down the mother of my children as the girlfriend of the father. Never once fact checked it or asked for papers to show. Then when I get added to the account, they switched the story up multiple times. Stating the check would go in my name since I’m the custodial parent. Well they then recommend I agree for the father to be the GAL so we could do just one hearing not two. But when I agreed to that, they stated my kids check would still be wrote out to me. Fast forward it was not. They changed the story 100 times, communication was trash. Then my kids father kept half of their money and stated the law firm told him not to give me any. I’m only leaving a review because they asked for all parties to leave one but I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
