Lou did an awesome job answering, explaining and showing the problems that I had. There were a couple of issues that popped up and he addressed everything to make sure the windshield was not leaking and replaced. Im posting this after a recent rain storm and Lou's work spoke for itself, no leaks from the areas I was expecting! Thanks!
Lou has helped us greatly when our front windshield was cracked while driving behind a truck on the highway. We needed the car fixed asap so that I can take my daughter to a doctor's appointment out of town the day after. If it wasn't for Lou's humanity and prompt professionalism, we would not have been able to drive out of town with a big crack on our windshield and most likely we would have missed that very important doctor's appointment. I came in from out of town and my windshield had a large crack from a rock. I did some research and found Lou's Auto Glass. Louie, the owner, replaced my windshield and did an amazing job. He was on time, quick to respond, and offered a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Lou’s Auto Glass!
Great experience. Lou was accommodating, friendly, and speedy. I had to get my side window replaced on my F150. After calling a few businesses, which all had comparable prices except for the one my own insurance company suggested (twice the price). I decided to go with Joe’s since it was close by, available, and give me an appointment time that day. I will use Lou’s Auto Glass in the future and I will be telling my friends.

The experience all around was wonderful. I requested a quote from Lou through yelp messenger early in the morning before he even opened and received a response within 15 minutes. He was able to get me in same day and offered to come to my work and fix it! Whole replacement took no more than an hour and a half. I went to work for the day with a cracked windshield and left with a brand new one. He is quick, efficient and has great communication. Gave a reasonable quote and explained everything throughly. If I ever need a replacement I will be reaching out to Lou again!
