He did not rush me and took the time to explain everything. I can’t say enough good things about this store and I am very pleased with my Pride heavy duty scooter. It is just what I wanted.

Recently had knee surgery and needed an option for a mobility scooter for weekend plans. They were quick, easy to work with, and affordable. They delivered to my job on a Friday and picked up on a Monday (This was an extra cost but well worth it!)! Will use again should I ever need!

Johnathan was wonderful to work with and after the week long rental we decided to purchase the scooter and he worked with us to make that happen! They even delivered the scooter to our front door for a small additional fee which made it so much easier! I would highly recommend them for any scooter needs!

This place has been a gem. I first tried out a larger scooter that was really meant for an amputee. The seat would rise up and down and go back-and-forth a little bit, which gave me more leg room that I needed, but then realized that it was really too much of a Scooter for me. So they took it back and exchanged it for me for and refunded me the difference. I then got a medium sized Pride scooter And took it home. Tried it out for a while. I was having trouble with the seat ended up they had to get me a new seat and one that would scoot back 2 inches and gave me more legroom. It has been terrific. Joe has worked with me several times now to get things fixed just right and he did a great job, but he also said that Pride Scooter Co. came in and helped him a lot on getting this worked out just to suit me, so kudos to both of them, I would definitely buy another Pride scooter from them again in the future.
