You know how it is when your only refrigerator stops cooling on Friday afternoon.
I threw up my hands and said to my husband, "I have two words for you: Louisville Appliance Repair."
He squinted suspiciously at me for a moment, nodded, and contacted Samuel Willhite, owner of Louisville Appliance Repair. I transferred what I could to the garage freezer and went to sleep that night knowing something would be done about my fridge by noon on Saturday.
And so it was. Samuel was at our house at 9 AM Saturday morning. By 9:30 he had located the problem and replaced the part. Because of his timely assistance I won't even have to throw out most of my groceries.
Sam came out to fix our Bosch dishwasher that was still under warranty. He was not only fixed our problem, but is kind, prompt, and communicative. As painless as it can be.
Hopefully we don’t need to see him anytime soon for appliance repairs, but if we do have a need we’ll be sure to call him!

Sam at Louisville is the best. I called because my speed queen dryer wasnt working. I was able to schedule that day he came out and fixed my broken belt. Luckily my dryer is still under warranty. But even though I didnt purchase my speed queen from his store he still is a service provider of my brand and took the service call. Showing you that there are still good service people still out there. I called another service person who basically told me since I didnt buy it from them they wouldn't come and service my speed queen dryer even though speed queen list them as a repair service. I’m really glad we were able to get your Speed Queen dryer (model ADG3SRGS117TW01) running again the same day at your home in North Canton. When I arrived, the dryer wouldn’t start even though it had power. After opening it up and running a full diagnostic, I found the drive belt had snapped and part of it had wrapped around the motor pulley, which triggered the belt safety switch and prevented the dryer from running.
Fortunately, I keep common Speed Queen dryer parts stocked on the truck, including belts for this model. Once the broken belt was removed and replaced, everything tested properly and the dryer was back up and running before I left.
For anyone reading this later, Speed Queen dryers are extremely solid machines and usually very worthwhile to repair. A broken belt is one of the more common wear items on dryers in general, and when caught early it’s typically a straightforward repair that can get the machine running reliably again for years.
I also appreciate you mentioning the service aspect. I try to make sure homeowners in North Canton and the surrounding Stark County area have someone they can call who will actually show up, diagnose the problem properly, and fix what’s needed without unnecessary parts or delays. After testing the elements and controls, we were able to determine the heating elements themselves were fine and the issue was a failure in the main control board, which was sending incorrect signals to the oven.

I’m glad we were able to get your Samsung washer (model WA50R5400AV/US) working properly again at your home on East Line Street in Minerva. The washer wasn’t spinning out because the suspension shocks (DC97-16350UCM) had worn out and the machine was going badly out of balance. Once the new shocks were installed and we got the washer leveled and balanced again, everything tested good and the spin cycle was back to normal.

When frost builds up behind the evaporator cover, airflow to the fresh food section gets restricted, which is why the refrigerator compartment stops cooling even though the freezer may still seem okay.
On your unit, the evaporator fan assembly, drain system components, and defrost sensor needed to be addressed. Once those were replaced and the system was programmed for an extended defrost cycle, everything was back to normal and draining properly again.
And no worries at all about the “dirty fridge” — real life happens. My job is just to get it running right again.
