1:1 coaching with Louise has been such a fantastic experience for me. I was struggling to be motivated to exercise after having my second baby and then breaking my ankle. Louise made it feel instantly achievable and increased what I was doing without me really noticing. It went from feeling like a chore to exercise to something I looked forward to doing. Louise took me on for 1-1 coaching for 2 months. She was quick to kick things off with a discovery call and we discussed my current fitness levels, aspirations and goals. I liked Louise’s proactive approach and she was quick to answer any questions I had, provide modifications to exercises as well as build my self-confidence through encouragement and motivational Instagram content. The Sunday check-ins were really valuable too, to reflect on the week and appreciate the progress. The app is super easy to use to have everything in one place too. I started working with Louise in May when I was two months postpartum and still recovering from a C-section. She helped rebuild my confidence to move from the get-go, developing a tailored programme that helped gradually rebuild my strength and fitness, whilst fitting around my life as a first time mum. I started working with Louise on a one to one basis when I was 3 months postpartum with my second daughter. Having not done any exercise for 2 years since having my first daughter I was nervous and afraid I wouldn’t be able to do anything. Louise was so reassuring and had such a positive energy. She created a tailored program for me that was achievable and best of all practical when trying to workout with a baby and a toddler. I loved how Louise checked in with me and provided exercise progressions where needed and gave me some great advice around nutrition. Two months later I’m amazed at how strong and healthy I feel and I’ve now moved onto Louise’s MUMFIT classes to continue with the workouts I’ve been doing at home with other mums. I can’t recommend Louise enough. She is so knowledgeable around postpartum fitness and nutrition and it is such a unique time in a woman’s life it needs that support and care from an expert. I've always been a bit nervous and lacked the knowledge of working out by myself, especially at home, post baby, post C section. I decided to join Louise's 6 week mum fit class, and it really has given me so much confidence to do quick workouts at home and to develop the exercises as my strength and capability develops.
The classes started off really gently and Louise always offered alternatives if something was tricky or if you had pain anywhere.
I also learned about scheduling in exercises really helped to hit my targets each week.
And ofcourse babies are all welcome, and there's no pressure at all of the babies happen to be unsettled or you need to feed/change them. Generally the babies all for the majority of the time enjoyed watching and didn't play up too much.
I'd recommend this to any mum wanting to get back to exercise post having a baby.

Louise is a superb personal trainer who specialises in post-natal fitness and recovery, and she is extremely knowledgeable and good at what she does! She also really cares and is always responsive to your needs! From our first meeting I knew immediately she'd be good for me as her positive can-do attitude was so motivating but also, she takes everything into account, not just fitness: your sleep patterns, nutrition, hormones levels, you name it! She does a thorough assessment of everything to create a bespoke programme just for you. I started with her earlier this year after struggling with my weight, sleep, energy levels, core strength and joint pain postnatally. I've now dropped 9 lbs, can lift heavy items easily without pain and can walk/dance for hours without feeling tired and achy! I feel youthful, strong and confident again and I'm comfortable in my clothes (dropped a size) for the first time in a long time. I'm also playing football with my son which makes me so happy. I would highly recommend Louise to anyone. She is simply wonderful!

Louise is great trainer - very supportive, motivating and able to give different options for exercises depending on fitness level or if you need to hold your baby! Her class was my first exercise in a year after a difficult pregnancy and it was great to help my build up strength and confidence while being safe post birth!

I've never trained with a PT before, but when I heard Louis talk about her laser focused approach to reducing pain and discomfort for all those annoying after birth 'gifts' we're left with, I had to give it a go.
LOVED how specific she got, how thorough her getting to know my story and my body process was and I really liked the app as a platform to get it all on one place.
Louise was there when I had questions, needed to tweak anything and always with positive attitude and encouragement attached.

I did 1:1 personal training with Louise after both of my pregnancies and it was so transformative for both my strength/fitness and my mindset. I had a traumatic birth with my first child and experienced some disassociation with my body, which Louise was brilliant at dealing with and very supportive. My second birth was a planned C-section and Louise supported me through my pregnancy and again in the recovery period. Through working with Louise I have worked out what habits work best for me, eg when I'm most likely to be able to achieve a workout and I also have found the joy in exercise again. I now play netball every week and attend regular exercises classes and I know that I have gained the confidence to do these things because of Louise's support

5 months after my second child, I turned to Louise to help me get in shape. I’d started following her on instagram and had reached a point in my postpartum journey when I felt really sad about my figure, and felt resigned to having to accept my fuller figure for life. We were in the midst of an extremely lengthy 4 month sleep regression and I was beyond exhausted. I couldn't see how I’d possibly have time to fit exercise in as well as everything else. Approaching Christmas, I realised I had another 6 months of maternity leave to get myself in shape before returning to work, and struggling even more with the mum juggle. So I decided to go for it and reached out to see how Louise could help me.
Working with Louise was one of the best decision I’ve ever made. Prior to having children, I’d really enjoyed fitness. But having been through 4 miscarriages and 2 successful births over 4 years, it’d fallen by the wayside. I chose to invest in myself and I’m so glad I did. Over 6 months, I lost my baby weight, and gained strength I didn’t know I had. In month two, I wanted to see if I could run again. Previously a keen runner, tension headaches and knee pain had stopped me in my tracks years before. With Louise’s run coaching I went from running for 1 min to running 5km in a couple of months. The strength training Louise set me, aided my return to running and I’m pleased I now have time for both in my fitness schedule.
Having recently returned to work 4 days a week, and commuting to London, I’ve struggled to keep up the 3-5 workouts a week I was able to maintain for the past year. But my intention is just as strong. As such, I’ve now graduated from the 1-2-1 sessions with Louise to the Active Mum’s Club, which will ensure I have sessions and support available to me, but on a more flexible basis. I can’t wait to get started!
I can’t thank Louise enough for everything she’s done for me! She has been the perfect support for me both physically and mentally. With a tailor made programme, she’s transformed a delicate postpartum body into one i’m so proud of! My tension headaches have reduced significantly and with strength work on my ITB, I no longer get knee pain when I run.

Louise is exactly the postpartum personal trainer you need!
I contacted Louise back in July with a pretty crazy goal of running an extremely hilly off-road marathon just 13 months after my second son was born via caesarean. Having run marathons before I knew mentally I had it in me but I had no idea where to start with my postpartum strength. Louise to my surprise didn’t laugh me and my crazy goal away, instead she encouraged me and built me the best possible training plan to rebuild my strength and get me to the finish line injury free.
16 weeks of tailored strength training workouts that were short (roughly 45 mins) and easy to fit into a busy week with two children under 3 complimented my marathon training plan perfectly. Louise was on hand to answer any of my questions, rejig a workout if needed and just provide the kind of encouragement and accountability you need to succeed.
Marathon is now done, and despite horrendous conditions I some how managed a course PB!
I am fairly certain that without Louise’s support I would not have got to that finish line due to injury or burnout.
I would encourage anyone looking to get back into running post baby or anyone setting themselves an exercise goal to get in touch with Louise, you NEED her by your side!
