We did a whole host of classes with Louise before our baby came and couldn’t recommend The Honest Midwife enough. I felt so informed and confident going into labour, it made all the difference. The classes are very reasonably priced too for what you are getting in return, our package included baby first aid too!

These classes are fabulous! My partner and I struggled to find classes where we live and those that were available, were at times we couldn't make and extortionately priced.
The online classes we were signposted to by the NHS were terrible and you just clicked through slides without taking anything in.
With The Honest Midwife, we initially signed up for the free class with Louise to make sure we both liked the format and style of presenting. I had worries my husband would switch off a little throughout online courses, but this wasn't the case at all and he was just as engaged as I was.
I can honestly say on behalf of my partner and I, that we found the course enjoyable, amusing, really informative and it was a really easy decision for us to sign up to a bundle of classes, which are reasonably priced and far cheaper than many other options out there.
I would encourage anyone who is on the fence to give the first class a go, and I'm confident you'll come away realising it was a great use of your time and be surprised by how much you learn.

I can honestly say this is the best money I have spent so far on preparing to have a baby. Louise is absolutely fantastic, she's informative and realistic but also the level of care and attention she gives you is invaluable. I would highly recommend the Birth & Baby Essentials Bundle. She explains everything so clearly and also answers any questions you might have. If you want an idea about her classes try the free Natural Labour course, this gave my husband and I a really good feel before we bought a bundle. This is the only course I'm going to do and I think it's worth it's weight in gold!

I recently attended an antenatal class on birth and labour led by Louise – and I couldn't recommend it more highly. Louise was absolutely fantastic. She brought a natural, down-to-earth, and truly realistic approach to birth that felt both empowering and reassuring.
What really stood out was how open and honest she was about all aspects of labour – the highs, the challenges, and the things people often shy away from talking about. It wasn't sugar-coated, but it wasn't scary either – just refreshingly real. Her experience and warmth really helped create a safe space where no question felt silly and everyone felt supported.

Just attended my first class with my partner and it was brilliant. Louise kept it really informative but lighthearted at the same time which is totally invaluable for expectant mothers who, if you are anything like me live in a whirlwind of anxiety most of the time.
