John Loos is reliable, easy to communicate with, and always honest with his work. He doesn't over charge me (which I feel like is rare these days) and he is one of the few guys in this industry that actually knows a deep knowledge about Geo Thermals and HVAC systems.

Our furnace burners would not light and there were multiple possible fixes, such as igniter, flame sensor, pressure switch, intake, condensate trap, etc. John evaluated and diagnosed each one and got our heat burning blue again. John is patient, professional and trusted.

John at Loos & Sons is the real deal. He’s knowledgeable. He’s dependable. Focused on getting his customers the HVAC support they need. I called him when my boiler was spraying water all over my basement. I was trying to sell my house, but there was no way anyone could look at my house while the water was flowing. He offered to show up at 7am to get it fixed in time for showings that day. I recommend him to anyone.

5 stars!! Loos & Sons HVAC completed an annual furnace maintenance check prior to the cold months setting in. John was great with explanations, encouraging me to record what he was reviewing with me, as there were several places that needed cleaning or small repairs. He even cleaned my humidifier which I had forgotten to check for years. His integrity and honesty shines through and you don't see that much anymore. Highly recommend!
