The best service, great communication, reasonably priced. Dustin was wonderful, put us at ease that we had a dependable ride to the airport for a family trip. We ended up having a medical emergency and he was even helpful with that and able to accommodate a ride the next day.

Hired Loon Limo to shuttle wedding party and guests between the hotel and venue before and after the wedding. Very professional yet friendly driver. The 14 passenger van was clean and comfortable. Very good communication on event day so there was no problem when we had a slight change in pickup plans. I highly recommend!

Loon limo is the real deal. Working in the customer service industry I understand how taking care of somebody and going above and beyond is important. Black Cadillac SUV was very sharp looking and pleasant on the inside very clean. Driver was prompt and efficient with his travel route. I’m not in Minneapolis that often but if I was, I would use loon limo downtown. Worth the time and money. Thanks again.
