Terrible experience, bought a $40k vehicle and when asked multiple times to see paint quality clean, they refused numerous times, I then went to collect my car and will still not clean/paint damage. After owning this car I noticed problems instantly and have had already 4 major services needed. Now I’m in need for engine replacement all in 10,000km, Tony and sales manager were very untrustworthy. Be careful buying vehicles here, I should’ve walked away when I showed up and the car wasn’t clean
Salesman had a bad attitude, they claimed their car was the cheapest with the trim and options advertised but I had a deal on paper for one with 36,000km less and 2000$ cheaper and immediately started attacking me instead of trying to convince me to buy their vehicle.
I got scared and left because of how angry and aggressive the sales person got for showing a better car and deal.
I can't imagine buying a car from these guys and having a issue, not a chance they will stand behind their sale.
I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Looloo Auto and had a great experience. Fahad was helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience buying Audi Q5 from this dealership.
Not long after purchase, I started having serious electrical issues, including an airbag warning light. After further inspection, it turns out the vehicle had extensive wiring repairs done previously — around 50+ wires spliced with poor-quality connectors.
This is not a minor issue. It’s the kind of work that should either be properly repaired or clearly disclosed before selling a vehicle.
I’ve now had to spend thousands of dollars to correct what appears to be substandard prior repairs just to make the car safe and reliable.
Very frustrating and costly experience.

After three straight weeks of searching AutoTrader and CarGurus, checking Carfax reports, and visiting multiple dealerships, we finally found our Tesla Model 3 Performance at Looloo Auto Sales, and the experience was on a completely different level from anything else we saw.
We had already looked at four other cars and even put deposits down elsewhere, but kept running into red flags. Poor communication, rushed test drives, unclean vehicles, last-minute price changes, and that constant feeling of being “just another sale.” By the time we arrived at LooLoo, we were honestly tired and a bit guarded.
The difference was immediate.
The showroom was spotless, modern, and welcoming without feeling overdone. Fahad greeted us warmly and made sure my wife had a comfortable place to sit, even grabbing an extra chair from another office. There was zero pressure, just calm conversation and genuine interest in helping us find the right fit. He even let us sit in a Model Y just to compare, even though it wasn’t what we came for.
When it came time to test drive the Model 3 Performance, they brought the car right to the front, got it ready for us, and told us to take our time. We were given Fahad’s cell number in case we needed anything and were free to drive without feeling rushed or watched. That level of trust meant a lot.
We also spent some time talking with Yasir (the GM), who was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. When we pointed out a couple of small things, the response was simply, “No problem.” No pushback, no games, just a real effort to make sure we felt good about the car.
One thing that really stood out to me was seeing Yasir out there helping prep the cars himself. No ego, no standing back directing people, just pitching in alongside the team. That says a lot about the kind of place they run.
We’d been car shopping since 10am and by mid-afternoon my wife was getting hungry. Yasir even offered to order her food. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare, and it made the whole experience feel relaxed and human.
What stuck with me most was the philosophy. When I offered to put a deposit down to hold the car, Yasir told me he didn’t want my money unless I was 100% sure. He said if I wasn’t completely confident, then it wasn’t the right car yet. That level of honesty and confidence really stood out.
I’ve bought high-end vehicles before, including a 1-year-old Audi RS3 directly from Audi. Even then, the experience was more formal and transactional. At Looloo, the whole process just felt genuine from start to finish.
This was easily the best car buying experience I’ve had. If you’re looking for a place that treats you like a person and not just a transaction, Looloo Auto Sales absolutely lives up to the reputation.
