*Dishonest & Incompetent Mechanics* Beware of purchasing a vehicle here. I’ve never had a worst purchasing experience in my life. The moment I first sat in my new vehicle and went to adjust the rear view mirror it fell off. This was an omen that I should have taken as a warning. Immediately after driving 4 hours home, I notice a clunk in the suspension. Mind you this was AFTER a so called “safety” inspection. Dealer made me drive 4 hours back to their shop with no offer of compensation to look at a vehicle they just had for weeks. Turns out a strut mount needed replacing. In the process of fixing this their mechanics broke my brake line. That needed fixing as well. After 8+ hours I finally get my vehicle back. Drive 4 hours home and clunk is still there. At this point the sales manager instructs me to go to a local mechanic to have it reassessed and told me he would reimburse me which he has since refused to do. Local mechanic with very little time and pressure from sales manager for “proof” of issue that their own mechanic was incapable of diagnosing, diagnosed a new issue. Sales manager refuses to pay the local mechanic to fix the issue and again expects me to drive 4 hours to fix the same problem that should have been fixed before I ever picked it up. Drive another 8 hours(round trip) and their mechanics are still incapable of diagnosing the issue. They fix the issue the local mechanic diagnosed and have wiped their hands clean. They have refused to reimburse me for the diagnostic charge from my local mechanic that the sales manager assured me he would cover and even had me get the invoice made out to LooLoo. I still have a suspension issue that I now have to pay to fix because they didn’t put the care into making sure this vehicle was properly fixed before I picked it. I’ve wasted gas money, time and over 1000kms on new vehicle. I’ve been lied to and made to feel like I’m making up an issue that I can replicate. Do not purchase a vehicle here. They will likely respond with excuses and that they reimbursed me for ONE trip of gas. That my mechanic also couldn’t diagnose the issue(they weren’t given the proper time and were trying to record everything for LooLoo at their request) They’ve made no effort to make up for my numerous trips to fix this issue. The sales manager straight lied to my face on the phone about reimbursing me. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I want to share my experience at Loo Loo auto , first dealing with Fahad was one of the most pleasant interaction l have had when purchasing a car. He was a professional ,decent man and was a pleasure to deal with. Also l had a few minor issues with the car and Sammy the manager couldn't have made me feel more comfortable and helpful with dealing with the issues. He is a true professional in customer service. I had to wait about 1 1/2 hours in the dealership while my car was being fixed, and all the sales men came and chatted with me and made it a great experience. Thank you , God bless you 🙏

My review isn’t in relation to a purchase rather an interaction I had with the owner/manager or possibly an employee at this location. My car had shut off at a nearby busy intersection as my key fob battery had died. I tried two nearby convenience stores looking for a replacement with no luck. I attempted to try the tire centre next door to Looloo which was closed. The above mentioned individual seen that I was in a jam, he asked if I needed anything. I explained my story to him, without hesitation he went inside his business which was closed at the time and gave me a replacement. I tried offering him cash in which he would not take. Stand up dude, didn’t have to do what he did but it is much appreciated. If I was in the market for a used car I would happily give this location my money. Thanks again!

I just bought my first car from Looloo Auto in Milton. The sales representative was good and helped us out, however It’s been a few days with the car and now I am noticing some concerns that were neglected when sold to me. First, after signing papers and waiting for the loan. It took a week to get the car, even when I was rushed to get the insurance done. When I went to pick up the car, the car was not clean, at all. It was covered in dust and as well as the inside of the car it’s dirty. Prior to purchasing the car, we noticed there were scratches on the front, side and back of the car. We had mentioned it many time before and were told “it’ll be fixed” when getting the car they were still there and were told “we buffed it, but we don’t do the wet sand buffing” that I should do it myself. It’s common courtesy, when someone buys a car, it should be clean and detailed prior the owner picking it up. The car being dirty and now looking up at the roof, the back is covered with dog hair and in the back cup holder, especially as my husband is allergic to dogs. I have cleaned this car twice however now I will have to pay to get it more properly detailed to remove the animal hair. Nonetheless, the car is great and I am happy with it, however I think from the representative and from the team at Looloos Auto, they should be more mindful to know the customers are happy rather then focusing on making their own commission.

I purchased a very nice Toyota from LooLoos in Milton! It was a breath of fresh air working with Fahad, after previous experiences with another shady and untrustworthy counterpart. I felt the vehicle was priced appropriately, and Fahad was very professional and reassuring. I value the experience buying with LooLoos, as this was my first purchase of a used vehicle. Fahad was reliable, transparent, and genuine; he went out of his way to ensure any concerns I had were resolved, and the vehicle was in beautiful condition on pick up. Would recommend, would return.
