Thanks for your feedback and concern around our pricing.

The pack you’re using as an example (Extra Value Prints + Digital Pack) is the price once the discount period has ended. We happily reset the discount period for any customer – at any time. This pack is $69.99 which gets you all your child’s poses – (1) 8x12” group photo, (3) large 8x12” portrait sheets where you can pick which poses you like, change the layout of the sheets and all the portrait poses as high-resolution digital downloads, free to use as you like.

We are very transparent about our pricing and all our up-to-date sports packages can be found here: https://www.lookpro.com.au/sports/ (they start at $34.99)

One thing we won’t compromise on is the privacy of the children we photograph, which is the sole reason we don’t offer digital group photos. Your are correct that you can purchase a print, scan it and publish it yourself, but that would be your choice, not ours.

If you want us to reset the discount period of the pack you are referring to, just get in touch with us at orders@lookpro.com.au and we can do this for you. We’ll even throw in free postage for you in this instance.
