Dr. Polley is absolutely wonderful. Words can’t express how thankful I am for the experience he was able to provide for me and my family when my 15 year-old lab pity mix took a turn for the worst very suddenly. I received Dr. Polly’s card from my life long vet, Dr. Ratner in island Park. Upon calling Dr. Polley, he was immediately responsive and incredibly kind. I found myself not only inquiring about his services, but seeking veterinary advice and even conveying some personal and moral concerns. He was so patient and understanding, as well as professional. He insured me that any time I was ready, to call, and he would be available. What I initially thought would be at least a day or so, very quickly became that evening. Dr. Polley was at my home that evening with all of the gentle kindness and patience I could have asked for. He provided all of the necessary paperwork, had a very sweet set of options for our boys afterlife care, and was extremely reasonable financially. Working with Long Islands Legacy Pet Crematory, we had several options to choose from. We said goodbye to our boy while he lay calmly in his favorite spot on our patio, surrounded by family and friends. Dr Polley was so patient, accommodating and respectful. While saying goodbye to our boy was easily one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, I will be forever thankful he was able to go in such a beautiful way. I know our Brolie went calmly and peacefully surrounded by those who loved him most. Thank you Dr. Polley. My family and I are eternally grateful and we strongly recommend his services to anyone in need. ❤️

I can't thank Dr. Polley enough for the kindness and compassion shown during one of the hardest moments a pet owner can go through. Saying goodbye to Crystal was heartbreaking, but the care and gentleness from Dr. Polley made all the difference. He treated Crystal with dignity, love, and respect, and supported me every step of the way with patience and understanding It was clear that Dr. Polley truly cares - not just about animals, but about the people who love them. I will always be grateful for the comfort he provided in such a difficult time. Crystal was at peace and that is a gift I will never forget.
