Long Island Construction Plus recently redid the cedar siding on my hundred-year-old house. Despite a rainy May, they worked efficiently and professionally. They did a great job. My senior neighbors came out to tell me that the new siding looks like how they remembered the house when they first moved in decades ago.
I recently had to replace my roof and reached out for 4 estimates. I selected Long Island Construction to do the work which involved removing the old plywood - so a full roof replacement. Long Island Construction is GAF certified and had the requisite liablity and Workers Comp insurances in place. They were also licensed by the Town of Southampton. Their bid was in line with others, and their local presence was an added selling point. They were great about scheduling the job given my time constraint. Their team (10 workers) arrived a little before 7 AM. They got to work right away. The roof had 3 layers in places so that took more time. When I looked at the old insulation that was original to the house, I asked if they could replace the insulation as part of the roof replacement. They agreed and puchased the insulation in an hour or so. I so appreciated their responsiveness and flexibility. I also appreciate their willingness to redo one section that had been done before replacing the insulation was part of the job. I am very happy with their work which was completed in two days. The new roof looks great! They did a great job with cleaning up the yard afterwards and even vacuumed the attic to remove debris and dust. I would highly recommend Long Island Construction. It was a pleasure to work with Herman Amaya.

I had a great experience with George. He gave me estimates, suggestions and explained how long everything would take. He did a new Roof, added a portico, replaced 3 skylights, installed a chimney Chase, outdoor high hats, and a chandelier, replaced the gutters, added molding around my garage doors, installed a new driveway, and did a stoop and pavers. Some rain threw some work off schedule but they worked long days and weekends to complete everything on time.

I met Herman several decades ago in the street
I had major problems with the roof on my home for decades. Herman put a New roof on my home and I never had another leak. My son used him recently to do a major roof siding and other work on his home, which turned out spectacular. I used Herman to seal my roof currently and everything Herman did was spot on. I highly recommend Herman you won’t be disappointed. Make sure you give him a shot.

Very professional, had problem with our roof, Herman came out when he said he would, provided a estimate of all work very clearly laid out, when it came time for the work which was replacing our tired warn out roof his crew was very respectful of our property and house. They left our house spot less, all work looked great. We ended up needing new plywood in certain areas and was quick to communicate with me and the project moved on. Looking forward to working with them on multiple other projects including new siding and windows.
