They repaired my alloys at a reasonable price. Excellent work, that was completed in a day, with minimal fuss. However...
*Review update 2026*
This update saddens me. But since my original review this place has let me down.
I took my vehicle there to have two front tyres supllied and fitted, plus front wheel alignment. I called them up and arranged the day, then attended.
The tyres were fitted, no issues. But it went downhill from there. During the alignment phase I was advised by Liam that the rear wheels needed aligning too, which I accepted. I was then told he couldn't do them because of a leak in one of the rear velocity boots, and advised to get that sorted first by the garage that had worked on it. Then to bring it back to him Liam, and no one else. So I took a day off work only to be told by my garage that there was nothing wrong with the v boot. When I took the car back to Longbridge for the all 4 wheel alignment, Liam wasn't there! No explanation, nothing!
Another lad worked on it instead. After 30 minutes he suddenly handed back my car keys saying the front wheels were done but he couldn't do the back, just like that. I had to press him to tell me that it was because nuts were seized. No recommendation of what I should do next, no apology for wasting my time. He simply walked away and moved on to the next customer. That is very poor customer care indeed.
So, I'd advise anyone who needs rear wheel alignment to go elsewhere. But if you want your alloys done properly, at a fair price, these are the people to go to.
