I had an urgent problem with my roller garage door - it opened but would not close and it was late afternoon getting dark and I needed to secure the garage for obvious reasons. I called London Shutter and Shopfront and they were better than perfect - no issue for them to make effort to get to me that day and were with me by early evening with the issue diagnosed, the parts required with them and the problem which had been an issue before which others had failed to correctly diagnose and fix, is now fully corrected. So, communication has been great both before and after, the diagnosis better than anyone I have experienced (asked for pictures in advance to ensure they had the parts) and my garage is secure. Unreservedly recommended.

Called this team out again to replace the shutter on one of our vans that was inoperable, we needed it quick one because we were still using van and two the great British weather, quick turnaround from coming out and doing measurements and installing (on a Sunday too), quick efficient and reasonable priced job especially since the shutter was bespoke made - great locks too can now sleep better since the back of the van is now secure and weather proof, great friendly guys too A**
