Disorganised and incompetent. They have the contract for LBH&F and are a disaster. Individual contractors are fine but the team that supports them is woeful and good luck trying to escalate something, email response time is around 10 days.
Called out London flows again for one of my properties and they were amazing from start to finish. I would like to give a shout out to Steven, Stephen and Kevin, the boys were amazing cleared out the pipes made sure all was perfect they went up and beyond and will only be using this company for any drainage and pipe work. They are priced very fair and have an excellent call line who always answer and provide with you with the right help. I would leave them a review every time if I could. For any drains, plumbing related problems give these guys a go you wont regret it
Amazing service, spoke with Jake and Matthew who provided great help and guided me with the exact products and service I needed. They were able to arrange the trucks and have their guys out to me according to my time which made life 10000x easier. The guys that came out to do the job were amazing cleared all the issues and were very quick and helpful. They spent their time explaining the issues told us how to avoid it and told us what needed to be repaired. I have saved London flows number and will be using them only for all future jobs. Great price great service, give them a call and you won’t regret it
On the 11th March 2026 Steven was sent to my home and to my neighbours upstairs to deal with a flood which has been going on for some time and has never been detected. On Steven’s visit whom works for London Flows ltd, he found the leaks and capped them. He’s customer skills are perfect he was very polite and understanding. Thank you so much Steven this problem has been going on for years and you’ve really made a difference.
Changer Middleton was very professional very clean and tidy he also had shoes covered on his shoes to enter my home he done a very good job and he explained it all to me what he was doing. i am very happy with his service and it would be lovely to have some more people like him doing a good job and with care when they come in our homes. Steven was an absolute professional, it was refreshing to have someone who was on top of the task, great communicator and clearly is a top trade man. This task was hard and needed multiple professionals prior but only Steven and his team got the task done which is highly commendable. Would refer this to all and would happily work with again although I would rather my plumbing always to be working.
