I’ve had a great experience training at London Fight Factory. The gym and classes are genuinely top tier, with excellent coaches who really know their craft and take the time to support everyone in the room.
One of the best things about the gym is how welcoming it is for all levels. Whether you’re a complete beginner just starting your journey or a seasoned fighter looking to sharpen your skills, the classes are structured in a way that challenges you while still being accessible.
The variety of classes is also a huge plus. You can train across MMA, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, No-Gi and BJJ, which keeps things exciting and helps you develop a well-rounded skill set. It’s a great place not only to polish your fighting skills but also to stay fit and disciplined.
The atmosphere is motivating, the coaching is high quality, and you can tell there’s a strong community within the gym. I’d highly recommend London Fight Factory to anyone looking to improve their martial arts or simply get in great shape.
Joining LFF has been one of the most positive and transformative decisions I’ve made in the past year. When I first joined, I was simply looking for a place to train BJJ, what I found was more than that - a strong, supportive community and a gym that helped me grow.
I appreciate how considerate the timetable is for working parents, it’s possible to stay consistent with training even with a busy schedule, which makes committing to progress much better.
The quality of coaching at LFF is top level. The BJJ and Judo coaches are professional, disciplined, and patient, but they also bring humour into the sessions which keeps the atmosphere motivating and enjoyable.
What makes LFF special is the sense of community. Everyone trains hard but supports each other, creating an environment where you feel welcomed, encouraged, and motivated to keep improving. It doesn’t feel like just a gym, it feels like a team. The recent BJJ grading celebration highlighted this for me. Seeing everyone come together - people of all ages and levels - to support and celebrate each other was a great experience and quite an emotional one.
The facilities are clean and convenient, and the staff are friendly and approachable, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere.
I’ve gained a huge amount of strength and resilience since I started - both physically and mentally. LFF has helped me push beyond what I thought I was capable of.

Had a great experience at this boxing gym. The atmosphere was welcoming and motivating from the moment I walked in. What really stood out was how patient and considerate the coaches were. They took the time to explain techniques clearly, made sure everyone was comfortable, and gave helpful feedback without rushing anyone. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people improve, no matter their level. Definitely a great place to train and build confidence.

UNPROFESSIONAL, UNWELCOMING PLACE WITH RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL STAFF WITH SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEMS.
Don't waste your money on this place - spend it in more superior martial arts clubs who know what they're doing, with more disciplined, friendly, and calm instructors/ staff members, those of which in this place seem incapable of being. In any case, the london fight factory gives free opportunities for you to expose them for thier disgusting attitude/disgusting experience here by giving you a free trial, what more could you want?! It's all free 😀
All of the 1 star reviews have been meddled with I see, from the same person 'helen' (the 'owner'? Who knows, she claims to be) it looks like - Just one of the million indicators of unprofessionalism and arrogant terrible attitude of the staff of this place.
My 1 star review was quickly deleted so I'm reposting it. Looking forward to the unprofessional 'response' (or not) to my review by 'helen', who needs to swallow a reality pill and realise she is not the self-entitled princess that she believes she is and to try to attempt to successfully handle criticism without throwing her toys out the pram, same for the 'man' whose 'welcome' to this club I was disgusted and appalled with. Just a little reminder: I came for a first trial free session and was not given a nice welcome. He started shouting and being extremely rude and aggressive with me for having a drink in my hands, at the first opportunity. What's the big deal, mate? That attitude was pathetic and an indication of a small, useless, weak person who thinks they can have an attitude with newcomers because they think they 'can' just because they practice martial arts. It's almost funny because, newsflash: you're not invincible just because you do martial arts, and that disgusting attitude is leaking your mental incapabilities and self-awareness with regards how to be treating other people on this planet with respect, not to mention extremely low IQ, other mental and physical capacities, and ways of handling situations. 😂 As somebody who doesn't tolerate rudeness, unprofessionalism, incompetency at anything (even something so basic as simple common sense and people skills, he couldn't even achieve that) and disgusting attitude and because I possess self-pride, I obviously confronted him about his behaviour. He then refused me entry. In the end it's no skin off my nose, coming here for a free trial session and deciding not to join because I'm intelligent, but thanks for giving me an insight into how frankly TERRIBLE this establishment is. Very interesting. I train elsewhere.
On an end note, don't forget that even if you feel very comfortable with yourself just because you practice martial arts, remember it doesn't make you invincible. That basically means that if you think you can have a $hitty attitude, inevitably sooner or later you'll land in some trouble (physically hurt being one outcome 😂).

Recently did a trial class at London Fight Factory and it was really fun, I felt I learnt a lot even though it was my first time. Felt welcome right away, coaches were chill and super helpful. Place is clean and has a good vibe. Definitely going back. Worth checking out if you’re near Old Street!

I have been training at LFF for 2 months in both the BJJ and Boxing classes with absolutely no martial art experience. So far it has been extremely positive and enjoyable, both Luiz and Silviu are friendly and welcoming to beginners and I feel like I’m really progressing. Would highly recommend!.

Fantastic place to start martial arts

Don’t waste your time and money in this place, the staff are terrible the owner and the Bjj coach is very rude & disrespectful and not helpful
He makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at the gym every time I step there .

Elite level gym with highly competent staff. My friend and I felt nothing but welcomed and were met with amazing hospitality. The No-Gi session had a lot of great people who were both challenging and supportive in continuing to learn the discipline of BJJ. Thank you to this gym for an amazing time and this is the number one place I would go for several disciplines in London whenever I come back. If you like to travel and train, this is your spot.

My experience as a beginner
I wanted to share my experience after spending more time training here.
On my first class, I didn’t arrive early enough to speak with the coach beforehand. I went straight into the session without fully understanding all the rules or expectations, which led to some confusion and discomfort on my part as a complete beginner.
Once I took the time to properly communicate with the coach, everything improved significantly. He was understanding, accommodating, and took the time to explain things clearly. Since then, I’ve really enjoyed the classes and now feel comfortable training here.
I’ve read some of the other reviews, and I can see how they might be off-putting to people thinking about trying this for the first time. Based on my own experience, I do feel that some of this may come down to a lack of communication rather than the environment itself. This is a structured and disciplined setting, and arriving early, asking questions, and explaining your background makes a huge difference.
I wouldn’t let the reviews put you off. If you communicate with the coach beforehand and give it a fair chance, I think most people will have a positive experience. I’m glad I stuck with it and I’m really enjoying my training now

London Fight Factory is an excellent gym with a great atmosphere and well-organized space. The facilities are clean, spacious, and very well equipped, which makes training comfortable and motivating.
The coaches are highly skilled, professional, and always supportive. They pay attention to each student, no matter the level, and truly care about progress and technique.
Overall, it’s an amazing experience. I highly recommend London Fight Factory to anyone looking for high-quality training in a welcoming and professional environment.
