From beginning to end this was a good experience. The online booking team is responsive and helpful. The central London location is convenient for public transport. The doctor and nurses provide a good narrative during the procedure. I felt confident and supported.

My experience with the London Dermatology Clinic has always been extremely helpful. They were able to diagnose my auto immune issue quickly and effectively by trying various levels of medication to get the condition under control which it is thanks to prednisolone roughly once or twice a year.

Obviously private healthcare pricing is always a concern with working people like myself. The appointment price is reasonable (all things considered), and to prevent overspending, the clinic has on multiple occasions agreed to prescribe additional medication without a additional appointments until I officially need a follow up on how the medication's been going.

I would strongly recommend the London Dermatology Clinic, all staff, nurses and the doctor I saw were great. I had three cysts removed from my scalp and the doctor and nurse both made sure I was as comfortable and informed as possible throughout the process. Two weeks on, I've just had my stitches removed and everything is healing up nicely! An especially kind nurse Michelle even made time to remove my stitches while the nurse I was waiting for was busy with another patient. Her expertise and sense of humour made the time getting my stitches removed fly by, I'd happily get more stitches if it meant more time with the lovely nurse Michelle.

All in all great care, great people, great service.

Highly recommend! I had a very positive experience at the London dermatology clinic. I didn’t expect the team to be so friendly. I was in good hands with Dr Nick and Michelle, the health care assistant, and the whole process was quick and efficient. They explained the process very clearly, and allowed me time to weigh up my options. I didn’t get the name of the receptionist, but her welcoming and friendly demeanour when you walk through the door is just what you need!

I was treated for acne in London Dermatology Clinic and after many years of dealing with this, it seems the problem is solved now so I can recommend them. The staff is helpful and can often book an appointment the same week.

Everything was absolutely fine. My appointment was on time , the doctor and his assistant were friendly, helpful and efficient. They sorted out my problems quickly and almost painlessly.

I have just started my treatment and have very good experience so far. I have gotten a blood test done by nurse Michelle. The staff was kind and accomodating to me not being good with blood. A very kind and good experience.

I have been under the care of the dermatology team and nursing team here for over a year now. In particular Michele, the nurse who takes my regular blood tests is amazing! She is so kind, patient and makes sure I am reassured about the process every time I see her!

I recently had a scar tissue removal surgery appointment at the London Dermatology Clinic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation to the procedure itself, Dr. Jenny Evgenia and Nurse Michelle were truly exceptional. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care made a potentially process feel predictable and reassuring.

Dr. Evgenia’s expertise and clear communication instilled great confidence in me throughout all appointments we had, as she explained every step of the procedure with such precision and patience. Nurse Michelle’s attentiveness and supportive nature created an atmosphere of comfortable environment always.The hospitality and care I received from them both went above and beyond my expectations.

I wholeheartedly recommend the London Dermatology Clinic, especially Dr. Evgenia and Nurse Michelle, for their consistently amazing care. They turned what could have been a daunting process into a seamless and comfortable process, with great results!

Absolutely appalling treatment, don't waste your money, they were completely useless.
