I became passionate about rowing because of Top Row. Their beginner and development courses were excellent for learning to row at a more leisurely rate with super supportive coaches and team. Highly recommend coaches Alex, Liv and Freddie, who are all both friendly and knowledgeable. Coach Ben Trotman was also amazing in ensuring catch-up sessions for any days you miss rowing. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my courses with Top Row and will be looking to learn to scull with them in the future. For anyone looking to learn to row, I highly recommend Top Row. They have a great team, are very flexible with sessions and supportive of rowers at all levels. So don't wait to sign up to a session :-)

Very poor communication. Misleading, irresponsive, wrong info flow. Somehow, they fail to refund for weeks and you end up chasing them... Charged on july 29th, they could not offer the date/hrs chosen in their offered list of options, committed to come back to me with next round options for sept. they never did. when followed up mid aug, asked me to go look at their webpage. asked me to re-pay, as they claimed to have refunded me for the initial registration. which never happened. and since then, their finance is informed, but it takes them another 3 weeks to issue and up to 10 working days for it to be processed.. For an organization that offers paid services, it is unfortunate.

Currently I am on the advance / expert term with TopRow. I have throughly enjoyed my terms with TopRow and learned something new on every session. Every session the instructor asks , if there is anything specific we would like to go over or need clarification of a process we are not sure of. The instructors are knowledgable and take time to explain a process or to answer a question. Anyone interested in learning to row, this is the place to start… and like me carry on learning…
