Loftmotif Reviews

Great company! Absolutely beautiful products and great customer service. Ordered some gooseneck cloche sconces for bedroom reading lights, but they turned out to be for whole rooms and comically large next to the bed. Easy return process to exchange them for something that was a better fit. I am really impressed at the quality and thickness of the metal which is refreshing given the stuff that shows up at other lighting places and Bunnings these days.

Over a year ago we started working on restoring an old railway station in Southland. We got in touch with Katrin from Loftmotif as we knew we wanted something special but affordable for our lighting needs. Our project is now completed and we are so happy with how everything has come together. Katrin has been wonderful to work with, very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Katrin for all your help.

Purchased a set of legs for my Carrom board. They turned out to be the perfect solution; almost made for the table. I am really pleased the result. The delivery was very quick and the shop was a pleasure to deal with.

Hi Brian, the table looks fantastic! The legs fit like they were made for it - a fantastic idea to add a Carom table to your Antimony Observatory. Looks like there is a lot of fun to be had. Thank you very much for your purchase.

Just received our order from Katrin and her team and we love the fittings we've received. Had a small issue with our order which I could have lived with, however Katrin was insistent on making it right and replacing the item. Really good experience, and we would definitely recommend. We'll be back in future. Thanks again Katrin

Very happy with recent purchase. Bought online and Katrin is rigorous in helping to decide a solution. Install straight forward with electrician. Only a phone call away for any queries with Shannon. Product shipped in appropriate packaging and arrived no problems. The light shade and fittings are of excellent quality and the pricing is fair and reasonable. Solution is 8W which is sufficient for the purpose required here for food prep, reading and study. :-)

Outstanding customer service - I ordered the wrong size bulb by mistake (I didn't read the dimensions!) and after having a lovely email exchange with Katrin I ended up with 2 alternative recommendations being sent which have really transformed the space. This was all over the Christmas/New Year break too when everyone is exhausted and busy but Loftmotif couldn't have been more merry & joyful to deal with.

I was looking for new legs for a table that no one could sit around and ended up buying both the legs (life changing) and the beautiful lights too. Katrin was patient and responsive with my many questions and gave me all the answers I needed to make my choices. The products arrived really quickly and are a beautiful quality. Post purchase, Katrina was again available for installation advice. Excellent products and service!

I love Loft Motif lights! I have ordered several different lights over the past 18 months as we've been doing a renovation. The lights are incredibly high quality, exactly as pictured on the website. They are just beautiful. I've also ordered special light bulbs and other accessories. Can't recommend them enough. And Katrin is incredibly responsive and a great communicator. I've had a question here and there about the lights after I received them and she's always super helpful no matter the question. Now that I've done inside lights . . . I'm hoping to order some outdoor ones too.

These lights are awesome. The quality and finish are second to none. I installed the Black Done in the living space with led filament bulbs then coupled the the workshop lights in the dining space. Communication with Loftmotif was super quick and goods were despatched with 24 hours. Highly recommend this company for your lighting needs.
