From initial contact through to completion of the work Tom and his team were very professional. Initial estimate arrived promptly, following which we arranged a survey date and time. Tom undertook the survey, we agreed the scope of the work and we received the quotation the following day. On the day carpet proctors were laid, the team removed all the old insulation and laid new. Tom then installed loft boarding and ensure any dust/particles were cleaned up. Once the loft hatch was replaced you wouldn’t have known anyone had been working in the house. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team.

We talked to Tom at Loft Insulation Experts prior to having our roof re-tiled as we also needed to replace an assortment of old insulation which had accumulated over the years including sprayed foam and glass wool. While the tiles were off we wanted to add insulation in areas which are normally inaccessible and could not be insulated just by rolling out mineral wool on the floor of the loft. We had become very frustrated as it seemed impossible to find anyone who could provide practical advice about how to do this without compromising ventilation in the loft. We found Tom both knowledgeable and helpful and he was happy to work with our roofer if necessary. Once the new tiles were on Loft Insulation Experts took up the old loft boarding, cleared out the old insulation and put in new with new boarding to provide storage space. We are very happy with the results. Before starting work they listened to what we wanted to do and explained the options. During the work they kept us informed of progress. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with a minimum of disruption and mess. We are very happy to recommend Loft Insulation Experts.

Tom and the team did an excellent job removing the spray foam insulation from my mum's property. It was a huge area and they removed it cleanly and efficiently. When the job over-ran slightly, Tom worked for two extra days to get it all finished and the new insulation installed. He was friendly, responsible and professional throughout. The work has been signed off by and independent surveyor and was done to an excellent standard.

From the initial quote Tom and his team were very professional. He explained what they would do and what it would cost with no pressure to get anything else done. They turned up exactly when they said they would and carried out the work quickly and efficiently adding extra insulation and reboarding a section of the loft. Tom even carried out a few extra jobs that required doing in the loft as part of the work. Overall i am very pleased with the results and would thoroughly recommend the company. .Having checked out Loft Insulation Experts, we spoke with Tom the owner to check our the loft and quote for new Insulation . The quote arrived quickly which was a very competitive price. His team arrived at 08.30 this morning ( 10th feb) and they did a first class job also removed an old large plastic water tank and several planks of wood for me. The company has employers, public and indemnity insurance in place, another reason why I trusted them in my loft. I would not hesitate in recommending Tom and loft Insulation Experts in the future. Tom and the team are great, they visited all appointments on time and with professional manners. Quote was reasonable and well laid out on what the charges were before they started work. Once the work began, they did this in very good time, cleared the site and left the property clean and tidy. The loft itself was done to a high standard, and I could not find any cold spots or issues with the work that they had done. The boarded areas are very secure and solid. Couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. Worth every penny. Tom is also a great guy who does care about his business and the customers that he serves. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I wanted to find an expert to replace our loft insulation rather than someone who did it as a sideline. These guys certainly fitted the bill! Tom responded promptly and arranged a date for a survey. He offered sound advice and we selected a convenient date for installation. The team took 4 hours to strip all the old insulation out, remove old boarding, fit new insulation, add downlighting covers, draft strip to the hatch surround and installed ventilation wedges. They also cleared up very well. We would definitely recommend them and were impressed by their workmanship.
