Tom and his team insulated my loft today, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They were professional, courteous, and worked efficiently throughout the day. Great care was taken to protect my carpets and property, and everything was left clean and undamaged. They installed 30cm of loft insulation along with a new loft ladder, completing the work to a high standard and within the timeframe promised. I would highly recommend Tom and his team to anyone looking for quality loft insulation work.

From initial contact through to completion of the work Tom and his team were very professional. Initial estimate arrived promptly, following which we arranged a survey date and time. Tom undertook the survey, we agreed the scope of the work and we received the quotation the following day. On the day carpet proctors were laid, the team removed all the old insulation and laid new. Tom then installed loft boarding and ensure any dust/particles were cleaned up. Once the loft hatch was replaced you wouldn’t have known anyone had been working in the house. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and his team.

We talked to Tom at Loft Insulation Experts prior to having our roof re-tiled as we also needed to replace an assortment of old insulation which had accumulated over the years including sprayed foam and glass wool. While the tiles were off we wanted to add insulation in areas which are normally inaccessible and could not be insulated just by rolling out mineral wool on the floor of the loft. We had become very frustrated as it seemed impossible to find anyone who could provide practical advice about how to do this without compromising ventilation in the loft. We found Tom both knowledgeable and helpful and he was happy to work with our roofer if necessary. Once the new tiles were on Loft Insulation Experts took up the old loft boarding, cleared out the old insulation and put in new with new boarding to provide storage space. We are very happy with the results. Before starting work they listened to what we wanted to do and explained the options. During the work they kept us informed of progress. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with a minimum of disruption and mess. We are very happy to recommend Loft Insulation Experts.

Tom and the team did an excellent job removing the spray foam insulation from my mum's property. It was a huge area and they removed it cleanly and efficiently. When the job over-ran slightly, Tom worked for two extra days to get it all finished and the new insulation installed. He was friendly, responsible and professional throughout. The work has been signed off by and independent surveyor and was done to an excellent standard.

From the initial quote Tom and his team were very professional. He explained what they would do and what it would cost with no pressure to get anything else done. They turned up exactly when they said they would and carried out the work quickly and efficiently adding extra insulation and reboarding a section of the loft.
