Excellent garage services. Found a difficult fault for my vauxhall corsa. Repairs done by them are done under warranty. Just be patient when short staffed with them because worth the wait. Emma the receptionist was polite friendly and courteous and the mechanics when they do there job when they know what's wrong perfectly. Thanks and well done.
Ive been use this garage for ten years & In my oppion this used to be one best garages in the area the mechanics always had time for customers but that was before new owners came in now under instructions from owners its screw as much money from customers as they can get I was recently charged £200 for oil filter change off the record some mechanics are suffering from low moral , I'd strongly advise to AVOID this place !!
Was en route from London to Herefordshire when I realised I was losing oil. I rang around some local garages and, despite having cars on all their ramps, Lodge Hill Autos found a way to fit me in, identify and fix the problem and charge me a very reasonable fee… all within a couple of hours from my call, on a busy Friday afternoon. And really friendly and helpful too.
If I lived nearby, I’d use these guys for every repair and MOT. But as I don’t, I hope a nice review will do!

what can i say...great service, friendly and helpful staff, sensible prices. How about this for an example. My Ford main dealer quoted me £264 to have new front brake pads fitted on my Focus. Lodge did the job for £126!! I also know two other people who have used Lodge recently and they had nothing but praise for the service they got.

Wish I knew about this garage sooner! They took the time to check over my car today and quickly identified what was wrong, I had quite a bad experience at another garage which left my car unsafe so coming across this garage was a huge relief. They took the time to explain things to me and I can’t thank them enough for fixing the issue. A very trustworthy garage that care about customer service. Thank you again.
We had only had our car 9 weeks when the oil and engine management light came on. We took it to Lodge Hill Auto's for Diagnostics, and was quickly updated with the paperwork to issue to our warranty company. Phil was very helpful, as we have had 3 months of this car being back where we purchased it from-and he advised us on some steps to take-and was very patient in explaining things as im quite clueless with cars. We will continue to support this well established garage and recommend their services. Thanks Phil!
What can I say, apart from AMAZING. took my van there this morning due to another garage being horrible. Phil the mechanic and the receptionist was total amazing, friendly, and so helpful. They both put me at ease, so was the other guys I spoke to. Issue sorted within four hours work and MOT completed. Such a relief. Highly recommend to all. My go to garage from now on. UPDATE. Went here again recently, issue sorted within the day, excellent prices Phil and the team are excellent.
