Poor service which takes advantage of people. I was charged €420 to fix a lock which broke and left me stuck outside. I tried to get a partial refund for their work but they only offer replacements under their warranty so they wanted to schedule another appointment to replace the lock. Given the poor quality of their previous work I chose to replace it myself so they do not further waste my time.
The one positive was that they came quickly for the emergency in the first instance, so if you are really desperate I guess their service is fine. In all other cases the one star review is deserved.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to read that you are dissatisfied, but we would like to clarify a few important points.
First, we do not agree that poor service was provided. On the contrary, we responded quickly to an emergency situation and helped you regain access to your property when you were locked out due to a defective lock. Opening a broken or defective lock is significantly more complex and time-consuming than a standard lockout where a key is simply left inside, and this is reflected in the work performed and the cost.
In addition, we did not only open the defective lock, but also installed a new lock to ensure your door was functional and secure again.
When you nearly 1 month later reported an issue, we immediately offered to honour our warranty. As is standard in our industry, this means inspecting the lock and, if the issue was indeed related to the lock we installed, repairing or replacing it at no extra cost. Unfortunately, you chose not to allow us to carry out this service and instead decided to replace the lock yourself. It is therefore unfair to blame us for not resolving an issue when we were not given the opportunity to do so.
We stand by the quality of our work and our service. We acted quickly in an emergency, were transparent about our warranty, and were willing to resolve the issue promptly. We regret that you chose not to make use of that service, but we cannot be held responsible for a solution we were not allowed to provide.
That said, we do appreciate your acknowledgement of our fast response in a stressful situation. We wish you all the best moving forward.

I can’t recommend Elai enough. He is very responsive and was very clear in helping me understand what my options were so I could pick what I needed (he was also very honest in explaining what I didn’t need). He communicated clearly throughout the whole process and especially around pricing (which was exactly what he quoted me). Elai is friendly and professional and got the job done in 20 min. He spent a lot of time explaining and testing the new locks and then checked and cleaned my other locks (even though that wasn’t part of the quote). I would call him again in a heartbeat. Elai is fantastic!! He came quickly and my front door had been vandalized and the perp literally kicked the lock out of the door frame, Elai mended the lock so it didn't need replacing and did a brilliant job fitting it back into the frame of the wall...even fixed the mail box that was almost in pieces..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
