Olyxandr was able to respond to my call for assistance and be with us in under 30 minutes
My front door key was stuck in the lock - unable to turn nor come out! The door could not be opened
Within minutes of arriving, he had determined what the problem was and set to work . The mechanism needed to be replaced and I chose also to get a new lock and keys
There was no fuss and no mess! Just a locksmith Angel!
This was my second experience using Olyxandr - he fixed the lock to my patio doors last year- and I thoroughly, unreservedly recommend him.
