Aveda store We have contacted Locks & Doors several times for service at our Aveda store, and they have always been professional and reliable. This time, we needed repair work on our large glass storefront door. There were issues with the bottom locks, and the door handle also needed repair. The technicians inspected everything, replaced the necessary parts, and got the door working properly again. They also replaced one broken glass panel. The glass was removed safely, measurements were taken right away, and the new glass was installed the same day. Fast service, professional technicians, and excellent work every time.

Emergency Storefront Glass Repair We had an emergency situation late Monday evening when the main storefront glass at our large retail location was shattered just before closing time. We immediately contacted Locks & Doors, a company we had previously used for various smaller door and lock repairs inside our business, and once again they exceeded expectations. Their technicians arrived very quickly, secured the entire area, professionally removed all broken glass, and installed a temporary plywood board-up to protect both our staff and the public overnight. The team handled everything efficiently and safely, which was extremely important for our business operations. What impressed us most was how fast the permanent repair was completed. By the very next business day, they returned with the replacement glass and completed the installation with outstanding workmanship. The entire process — emergency response, cleanup, securing the storefront, and final glass replacement — was handled professionally from start to finish. Excellent commercial emergency service and a very reliable company to work with.
