Tom came to look at my patio doors that have been unable to properly close and lock for months and caused a draft. Sorted them no problem at all, and they lock easier than they have since I moved in. Made up, brilliant service and great communication before and after the job too. Highly recommended.

Tom answered our request to fix a lock within 2mins of putting out the job. He called round to fix the lock within 1/2hr, replacing the lock on the window. His quote was very reasonable for a pensioner and he did an excellent job. Tom is a very professional, friendly worker who takes great pride in his work. I will definitely use his service again, fantastic work Tom 😌😌

Tom came and provided an excellent service. He didnt change handles that didnt need changing and was cost effective. He is a lovely man and I felt at ease allowing him in the house. He had full ID and was efficient and cleaned up after himself. Tom fixed my window handles that wouldnt open. He took his time to examine the problem as well as fix and identify the issue. Had a full security review done on all the doors and windows at my property, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Tom was really thorough — went through everything methodically and pointed out a couple of things I hadn’t even thought of. Also had the lock replaced on my uPVC door, which was done quickly and works perfectly and looks great. Great to have a reliable and very reasonably priced locksmith local to Newton-le-Willows. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely spot on. We have a backdoor lock that was getting more and more difficult to open. One day, at the worst time possible (like it always is!) the door finally refused to open. We called Tom and he was at our house within 2 hours. He talked us through all the options, the prices and made us feel at ease. We chatted whilst he fixed the door and it was literally done within ten minutes. He hadn't even finished his brew before he'd already sorted it. He gave us 5 new keys and pointed out a few security tips for our doors and windows, in general. He wasn't pushy at all and genuinely just wants to make sure his customers are safe. Tom will be our first call whenever we have a problem with the doors and windows in the future.

My front door wouldn’t open and I was completely stuck. I called Tom and he arrived within an hour. He managed to fix the problem in about 30 minutes and got the door working perfectly again. He also gave me some helpful advice on how to maintain the lock properly to avoid future issues. The price was very reasonable and there were no hidden charges. Highly recommended!
