So today Iilyan quite literally saved the day today 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 by helping my dear friend and neighbour get her back doors opening and closing again rather quickly as last night she couldn't close them (She is in her 90’s) I put the call in and literally he was here within 20 mins and solved the problem and they were fixed in a flash - He was so understanding and helpful and was so quick in doing the job realigning the hinges, locks, etc 👍🏻 I cannot thank him enough for the speed of this as she wanted to go out today. I recommend him very, very highly and Thanks so much again Iilyan from Jonny & Elizabeth 🤗

Had a problem with a badly fitted back door where I had paid a fortune to have it repaired by another vendor only 6 months ago. The lock was not working properly, was not security proof and vendor previously had ruined the door. The lock failed and after calling around, luckily we managed to find this company. Illiyan came around promptly, measured up and ordered the right part without any fuss. The price was within our budget and Illiyan is a really good and honourable locksmith. The new lock mechanism arrived a few days later and was fitted with ease. Really happy that the back door is now secure and insurance compliant. He also checked my front door that did not have an anti- pick lock and anti- snap cylinder fitted on it. He changed this as well promptly for a small price. All in all an excellent job and would use Illiyan for other jobs if required without reservation.

We used LockFit for a lock change following completion of our house purchase in E14 and were very pleased with the service. They were flexible around completion day timings, secured the property with temporary locks, and then returned to install a keyed-alike Ultion lock system for both the front and patio doors. They also helped resolve an alignment issue with our side gate, which was greatly appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout, pricing was clear, and everything was completed exactly as agreed.
