I forgot my Doctors name but she works Mondays and Tuesday... maybe one other day, she is THE BEST ... She made me feel like she was my daughter and she wanted to make sure her dad will be good ... The front of the house team were all so happy I joked with them and asked "Do all of your sing talk ? Its like being in a Walt Disney movie " Happy happy people... I arrived for a scheduled follow-up appointment from my previous visit. During check-in, Caitlin the receptionist repeatedly questioned me about what medical issues I was being seen for and insisted on this information in a demanding manner. I felt uncomfortable, as this information should already have been documented from my prior visit and is sensitive in nature.
Additionally, she repeatedly demanded proof of medical insurance and stated that I would be required to pay out of pocket, without first allowing clarification or verification of my existing information.
The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily intrusive. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, despite having had a positive experience with the doctor during my previous visit.
I expect patient privacy, clear communication, and respectful treatment when attending a medical appointment, and I hope this issue is reviewed to prevent similar experiences for other patients.
