Im so glad i stopped at Oreilly today , being a female I know nothing about cars or tires. Kyle went above and beyond to help me and educate me on my vehicle . Dear Paul, I hope this finds you well. I had the amazing pleasure of talking to your associate Michelle. She was a wonderful person and helped in any way she could. Was funny add very nice. 11/10 on customer service. Also you have the part i need. Makes it 12/10. So in future review, I do believe Michelle just made me an O'Reilly customer for the future.
