Love O'Reilly's. The staff is very helpful, leads me right to whatever obscure item I'm looking for. I tell them what I need and they have it.
It may be a small thing today, but I remember 10 years ago walking into a mechanic shop, auto parts shop or other traditionally man's space venue, standing there at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to drop off my truck for an oil change by appointment, and get mad when the clerk returns to first serve a man who'd walked in 15 seconds earlier. I didn't curse but they heard from me right then how insulted I was. Shocked the crap out of both of them, and the new guy backed right down. I stayed to wait for my oil service.
O'Reilly's staff treat me respectfully, and change my air filter for me in the parking lot. They test my car battery. They offer recommendations when I ask for it. Good guys. You bet I recommend them.

I came in to pick up concentrated concrete degreaser, the employees accused me of spilling oil, they were right.
This store is awesome. Helpful and proud they do good work….needed a reservoir cap for a 95 Vette…
Perfect
Ezra was AMAZING, helped install my new battery and was very kind. Dee, however, at the front desk was VERY unprofessional, rude and demeaning. He was inhaling a cheeseburger when I walked in the door to begin. And then proceeded to laugh at me, multiple times, when I didn't know a question he asked, basically calling me dumb. He also straight up said "No" and laughed again when I asked him about helping with my battery installation, even though I had called day prior and was told they would assist. He then overcharged me which Ezra, who ended up assisting me with my battery since Dee said he "wasn't going to" , ended up catching and correcting for me, out of professionalism, kindness and integrity. Overall, I would give Ezra a 5 star review and Dee 0 star, and honestly really look into his customer service skills. Ezra definitely ended up saving the day and turning my stressful week into a MUCH better one. Thank you Ezra!!

Terrible Customer service
I was lied too the customer service is awful ghetto people who have no business being the face of any store… tried to support my local store by buying my brake equipment from them, they had brakes no brake parts , said they could order them had me waiting hours to be told they don’t have the parts, I will never waste my time or money at this location a person named Victoria is who had the bad attitude and the person lying to the customers , I’m an electrician so the trucks need servicing regularly so we need people who provide the correct parts in a timely manner, and this is never the case at this location

Great customer service! Franklin was very helpful and even replaced my wiper blade for me!
I've been to a lot of auto parts stores in Indianapolis and this O'Reilly was by far the best store I've been to in a long time. The guys working there was very knowledgeable about the parts I needed for my 82 c-10. Very friendly and they would go out of there way to help me. Im sure they would u too. Autozone across the street everything I go in there they have these kids talking loud as he'll on there cell phones hitting the keyboard tring to put a part number in and if u dont have a part number forget about it. It's just night and day difference between the stores.
Franklin at this location at O’Reilly’s is the GOAT. While the other place was closer it is so worth the drive to get someone who can give you advice and knows exactly what part is needed. His confidence and the fact that they always have the stuff I need in stock make this the choice. In fact his service made such an impression on my son that he still cannot stop taking about him and wants to work there now. This is what makes a place great - the people.
Ezra was the best and changed my battery when Autozone said I had to go to a dealership. Thanks Ezra
Guys that work there are amazing i was broke down crossing the country and they helped me get back up and running
Shout out to Jaz… I was in Carmel recently to pick up a car. Battery was dead. Jaz bailed me out. He was there by himself, so he wasn’t able to install the battery for me, but he provided everything I needed to install it myself. Thanks Jaz for your professional and courteous service.
Typical O'Reilly auto parts, slow as it get stopped by to get a gallon of washer fluid and there was only one person in line, "2 guys trying to do an exchange" I stood there waiting for about 3 minutes as I watched 2 or 3 other employees hanging out near the back door smoking. I got tired of waiting so I put the washer fluid back and left. I know working at an auto parts store is a crappy job but you agreed to work there. If it was just the one dude by himself I would have waited but the guys in the not doing a damned thing is what pushes it over the top. I am not going to support a store that lets the employees just hang out and help customers. That day "Saturday January 3rd" you lost the sale of a $6 bottle of washer fluid, not much. But I do all my own maintenance, detailing, and repairs on my truck and my family's vehicles so you lost all that income as well. Hire people who want to work.
In response: the guy at the cash register was friendly and greeted me but that doesn't matter much when the other employees don't actually work.....

Isaac went out of his way to help us change a tire at night in the rain!
I’m now a huge fan of Isaac’s and a loyal customer of O’Reilly Auto Parts!
Ezra took care of replacing one of our family’s front headlights and was very helpful from the moment I stepped into the facility. Highly recommend
