Front desk and lobby is very clean, helpful, and courteous. The doc’s are always patient and informative, and they have a decent selection of glasses.

I have gone here for years and have gotten more unhappy every year and will not go back. I had my checkup this year, returned with my glasses 5 times...adjusted, lenses remade, told I needed to get computer glasses because they could not correct these to work. Over $400 out of pocket already. I finally took the prescription somewhere else and had glasses made, they were perfect on the first try. Tried to lodge a complaint, they were all in a meeting, I was told they would call me back that day...that was 2 weeks ago. Go somewhere else.

Overall, we had a good experience, but the communication could have been much better.
We received a text saying that both of our kids’ glasses were ready for pickup. However, when we went in, only one pair was available—the other was delayed, despite the message. Strangely, as soon as we got home, we received another text saying the second pair was ready.
When we called a couple of hours later, we were told the glasses had just arrived and hadn’t been checked into the system yet, so the text must have been triggered prematurely. This explanation was confusing and inconsistent, and we were given circular answers that didn’t really clarify the situation.
We completely understand that mistakes can happen, but what was frustrating was the lack of transparency and accountability. A simple acknowledgment of the mix-up would have gone a long way.

Everyone in the office was great. However, I brought a frame I bought elsewhere. They sent it to the lab, where it was lost. I bought another frame. The ladies kept it and just sent a sketch to the lab. I am out the cost of the first frame. It took 40 days before I finally got my glasses. My fault! I usually just take the prescription to Walmart and get my glasses there. They would never like the frame, or take 40 days to get my glasses ready for me. Again, everyone at the Dr's office was great, but the lab leaves much to be desired.

I recently went to My Eye Dr for an exam and to purchase new glasses. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. Tori checked me in and was very happy and knowledgeable. Bailey tested my eyes. She was friendly and patient with me. She made me very comfortable. Dr Ewers was so kind and thorough. When I received my glasses, they were perfect. Thank you all!!!
