I brought my daughter in for an eye exam and glasses yesterday. Tori greeted us with kindness and made us feel at home. Dr Ewers gave a very thorough eye exam, and Tabitha helped my daughter pick out the cutest frames. Thank you to the Greenwood MyEyeDr team!

Don’t waste your time
The place just has an unorganized feel. You can tell as soon as you walk in the door. Don’t make the same mistake that I did which was going there in the first place. I ended up returning my glasses as they were waaaay wrong. Ridiculous biz.

I've been coming here for years, but the last 2 years have been worse. They are nice, and seem clinically knowledgeable, but this is the second time that there is an issue with transparency in regards to the pricing.
I was told today my total would be $39 for the retinal scanning and up to $155 for contact lenses. When I went to pay, the total was $548.. That's for one exam and only 6 months of lenses. That's a big discrepancy from what I was told while checking in.
This is probably my last time scheduling with them.

Came in to get my eyes checked and everybody was super nice and made jokes. Made the place seem very welcoming. Did end up leaving and came back to come get my glasses today and were super helpful on fitting my glasses. The people working at the location I went deserve the best for them.
I have not been able to get my glasses for 4 weeks since my insurance has been renewed they say my insurance has not been in their system but was active for days before I came to them to get a new pair of glasses its been over a year since I've gotten new glasses and they are broken so are my old ones I have nothing I can't pay for new glasses and my insurance is the only way I can get new glasses its hard for me to see and they have not aided in helping me I am 20 yrs old and need them all the time but they don't care at all to help this problem.
