Initial call with Tori R. was such a great experience! I was frustrated with different eye doctor office that cancelled on my grandma the day of her appointment! Tori was so kind and patient with us! She also had sympathy for our frustration! All other in office staff was great too! Great to meet Tori in person. Kindness goes a long way! Highly recommend!

This location called to confirm an appointment for my mother. After a while they called me back and said they couldn’t provide a translator for the appointment because I had to reschedule this appointment several times and I would have to provide my own. Each time I provided at least a weeks notice of reschedule. The front desk staff transferred me the manager, Becky, because I stated it was unprofessional and unfair to not provide the translator. She was completely unhelpful and just restated again that they were not going to provide translation services. I canceled the appointment and will never be returning.
If you are looking for assistance with your eye health I would not recommend this place.

I had my appointment on January 31st the appointment went great I thought. I received a message my glasses were ready on February 8th that my glasses were ready so I drove 20 minutes to get my glasses and they had the wrong prescription in them so they said they would fix them and message me when it was ready. I received a message on February 22nd that my glasses were ready drove another 20 minutes to get them and guess what?! Wrong prescription again! They rescheduled my appointment for today at 2:40pm arrived onsite and they said we didn’t put you into the system! I spent $500 on glasses and can’t even get my glasses! What a JOKE! I would NOT recommend this location.

Until today, I hadn't been to the eye doctor in many years due to anxiety induced by my last doctor, not from MyEyeDr. My exam today was quick and wonderful! Everyone was really kind and instantly put my anxiety at ease! I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment, and they immediately took me back and began my exam. I got a quote for glasses with no pressure to purchase from them. I will definitely continually visit them every year from now on.

I really like the doctor I see there and the exams she does but pricing is costly and inexplicable. Last March I paid $ 270 after insurance for Oakley frames that had to be ordered. That included the frames, lenses coverage and coatings. This year updated lenses FOR MY EXISTING FRAMES were $385!! With same insurance. Difference couldn't be explained so I canceled the order.

Went for an eye exam appointment. They got everything done and the service was great. Slightly late (about 20 minutes) so not perfect 5 stars, but great nonetheless. Everyone was really helpful

Horrible. Went in there and told it was a 44 dollar copay. Well the co pay was for something that was not needed that they didn’t even give me an option on. I’m calling the insurance for my kids because I don’t ever want to deal with them again and the manager was not even trying to help. She said that they prefer but not mandatory that the procedure for the copay is done. So they’re just trying to get more money out of you.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable & have some really cute frames! They also offer 40% off of a second pair which is great because I like to have a regular pair and also prescription sunglasses!

I went in for my appointment I had scheduled online for contacts. When I arrived a bill was sitting on the counter already for me to sign. I was told my insurance wouldn't cover a part of the exam. Fine, I'll pay the $44 for it. What shocked me was my appointment was changed to a glasses exam. I said I don't need glasses just contacts. I was told my insurance didn't cover contacts and it would be a completely different exam. I said no I wasn't paying for a contact exam when a glasses exam is the exact same thing. The lady behind the desk started to argue with me stating they are not the same prescription.
(So let me get this straight, you want me to do 2 exams, one for glasses and then one for contacts, then charge my insurance for one and the other from my pocket and you do the same exact procedure for both resulting in the same prescription strength... Tell me how that's correct?! Tell me how that's ok with your business practice's?!)
I have had glasses/contacts for 25 years and for me they are the prescription. I also asked if I get my exam here can I take my prescription elsewhere to purchase what I need, she said no. So why would I want to get my eyes checked here?! The lady tried to scam me out of $250+. I went to Walmart, paid $115 and got my prescription for both GLASSES AND CONTACTS.
This is seriously shady.

The inclusivity here is unmatched. We switched to them and had the first appt today and I cannot recommend them enough! Every person was kind, respectful, and the wait was very short. But being lgbtqia+ friendly was just unmatched. Thank you for being awesome to my kid and myself!!
