Highest quality foods and items and friendly knowledgeable individuals staff the store. The item I wanted wasn't in stock. But I found some other stuff. They offered to order the item I came for. Very helpful.

Very friendly staff always eager to help. Sometimes it'll over eager, but always in a very friendly and happy way. We have used their self dog wash stations several times. Only a real complaint is it gets really hot in there in the summer because of where it's located on the building, the sun just beats down on it. But that has saved our butts, a couple times when the pup did something silly and really needed a bath when we were out and about. Good selection of different brands of pet food and treats as well as toys and medicinal needs.

I go to buy my elder cats dry cat food and bully sticks for my Yorkie. I have engaged with all of the employees and I can say they all have been helpful and knowledgeable of the stores products. Each girl are helpful and make you feel welcome. It makes my shopping experience very enjoyable.

Everytime I enter the store I am greeted and asked if I need assistance. I buy large bags of dog food and the employees are always willing to carry from shelve to cash register and then to my car. They do this willingly and with a great smile. I really enjoy my time at the store
