This restaurant serves family style, one meal feeds 4 to 5. It is also alcart, salads are separate. There is a lunch menu until 3:00PM for individual meals. We didn't order lunch meals because we were ordering the same thing. With out seeing a lunch portion, we decided to get the family portion. There was only a few dollars difference. Staff was friendly, service was great, will visit again.

Picture this, you go out to eat with your family for Thanksgiving dinner at a restaurant that you've made reservations for weeks earlier. You did this to guarantee that your Thanksgiving dinner will be available to you and your family when you get there. Because surely to God making RESERVATIONS for Thanksgiving dinner ensures that your Thanksgiving dinner is RESERVED, right???
So here's what happened: We checked in up front upon arrival and waited maybe 15 minutes. We were then seated by the half-stepping underqualified manager (named Ali) who seems to have never worked in a restaurant before. He's the guy wandering around aimlessly, much like a first time customer who is trying to find the restroom. It should be no surprise that he's the one responsible for dropping the ball by not ordering enough food to feed all the people who he already knew were coming. 🤨
Our server, Hannah, is the ONLY reason I'm rating this 5 stars. I understand how hard servers work and what they have to put up with. I can't imagine how much hell the servers at Bucca caught yesterday when they had to break the bad news to one table after another. I know from personal experience that this happens a lot in restaurants. The manager dropped the ball and the servers had to clean up the mess and deal with the aftermath. Not to mention how much money they lost because customers were upset. What a nightmare. Can you imagine having to walk up to greet a table like "Hi, welcome to Bucca, I know you had high hopes but there will be no Turkey or Ham or anything of the sort, we ran out, but we do have spaghetti and Lasagna if you'd like that."
Literally the ONLY THING WE WERE PLEASED WITH, was the service. Hannah was absolutely amazing and she was the highlight of our experience yesterday. Top tier server, so ask for her if you do go there. You won't regret it.

Hi. I'm a Charter bus driver. I brought a FFA group from South Dakota here. I asked the host if I could be seated at a table not with the group, so I could order my food and get it quick. The lady that waited on me , was a middle aged woman with blonde hair, sorry I can't remember her name, but she was AMAZING. She should get at bonus. The food was GREAT. The pasta sauce awesome and the meat balls where super big and great tasting. I eat at alot of restaurants and you rank very high. You are A TOUCH OF CLASS.
