We're sorry you feel this way about your experience, but we strongly dispute the claims you've made. To clarify, the final invoice was not "3x the amount" of the estimate, but rather approximately 25% higher due to specific factors transparently communicated to you. Your move was scheduled on an emergency basis with only 48 hours' notice, and you later chose a different storage facility than discussed originally during the in-home estimate. This significantly impacted the labor required, adding extra hours due to longer walking distances and the need for disposable paper pads instead of reusable blankets. We provided a detailed breakdown explaining all differences between the estimate and final invoice, promptly addressed your concerns, and even issued a $275 refund (covering additional labor time and moving supplies) as a goodwill gesture, despite our policy clearly stating charges are based on supplies delivered unless unused items are returned. Our team maintains meticulous records, including GPS data confirming our crew's work times. We strive for complete transparency and fairness, and regret that despite our efforts to resolve this amicably, your review does not reflect these facts.
