Overall I’m a unsatisfied customer, started with a bad sales rep (communication). Then got what I thought was an honest manager but I should’ve just shopped elsewhere. Told me there was no market for my trade in and refused to match other dealerships offers of 35k (on paper) for trade allowance. Gave me 32k for my trade but then listed it for over 38k. JD Power and carfax said the car was worth 34k to a dealership. Anyways, I regret downgrading from my top of the line atlas to a lower trim because I was forced to roll over negative equity when if they would’ve given me the FAIR value of the car I wouldn’t be writing this warning.
This wasn’t the only problem - failed to mention a huge piece of carpet on the drivers side was cut out & forgot to put the floor mats in the car (did get them a week later).
Bottom line - shop elsewhere.
I had such a great experience purchasing my car at the independence Mazda Charlotte. Drew was incredibly helpful. He is very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the whole process stress-free for me. He and Teondre make a great team! Both are really good people.

This was a very bad experience. My 2020 Porsche Cayenne broke down at just 90,000 miles, only two months after the extended warranty expired. After towing it to this service center, I was told that the engine was likely severely damaged.
The most frustrating part is that, even after two months, they still cannot provide a clear diagnosis or a definite cost. I asked to take my car back so I can sell it as-is, but they have made that very difficult. They are requesting very high fees to release my vehicle and are also trying to charge a diagnostic fee despite not providing any clear findings.
This has been a very disappointing experience for me and my family. I will not be using this brand again and cannot recommend it to others.

I’m only giving 3 star due to some issues that I had with my new Tiguan . My service advisor Jesse was the first person to call during this process and kept me updated on the situation . Thank you for that , but sadly my new acquisition was not what I expected and all this time was very stressful and frustrating for me . Finally my buy back request was approved .
Service was excellent. JerQuel Beam (JB), the service advisor was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mark Ficken Lincoln.
