Out Guides Jan and Sophie wheere very knowledgeable and showed us not just one but 3 different beautiful glacier places! We had originally booked the afternoon tour but due to the weather we had the opportunity to take part in the morning‘s tour. They even replied to queries late in the evening. Which was much appreciated. Can only recommend the tour!

la nostra guida Sam è stata il pezzo forte dell'escursione che, di per sé, è bellissima dato il paesaggio; è stata super disponibile e simpatica, ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande e ci ha portati dove potessimo passeggiare in tranquillità. considerando la quantità di neve non è stato per noi possibile vedere i percorsi di ghiaccio blu perciò sono stati super onesti a domandarci prima dell'inizio se volessimo comunque fare l'escursione e, dopo aver confermato la nostra presenza, a emettere un rimborso per la parte di escursione non fattibile.

El precio no es equiparable a la actividad. Las cuevas glaciares son equivalentes a otros glaciares que puedes acudir de forma gratuita, sin ser la misma actividad nada novedosa ni relevante. Las cuevas maximo tenian de profundidad 3 metros y una altura relativamente pequeña para como la venden, como si atravesases un recorrido largo de cientos de metros y con una altura mas que suficiente para cualquier persona. Además, las explicaciones eran muy pobres ni tecnicas ni concretas sobre el glaciar, encaminadas a sacar fotos simplemente. Conclusion: No merece la pena pagar 125€ (tras conseguir descuentos) por persona por ver lo mismo en otro glaciar gratis

It was awesome, the activity needed to be rescheduled and it was unbelievably simple and painless and even got refunded since it was a cheaper day. The guides were funny and personable and super knowledgeable. The whole activity was fun and we got to see some incredible spots in the glacier. Highly recommend!!!!

Es war ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Wir hatten super Wetter und unser Guide war sehr nett und lustig. Es gab zwar in diesem Jahr keine riesige Eishöhle aber dafür viele kleine Höhlen, die ebenfalls sehr beeindruckend waren. Auch über den Gletscher zu wandern mit Blick auf den höchsten Berg Islands war allein schon sehr imposant. Ich würde die Tour definitiv empfehlen!

The tour was completely different as it is presented we are disappointed. 2h30 of tour and not 3h30 to see only 4 spot included two caves only. We couldn’t even see the glacier as it was cover of snow from the day before. We should have been inform to a probably reschedule or refund! We couldn’t see the famous big cave as is it closed from last year from what told us our guide and another big one was apparently not worth our time…

Wir haben die Tour sehr spontan gebucht, da das Wetter für eine Tour alleine zu schlecht war. Die geführte Tour fand trotz Wind und Schnee statt und wir haben uns jederzeit vollkommen sicher gefühlt. Warme wetterfeste Kleidung, sowie gute Wanderschuhe sollte man selbst mitbringen und sind definitiv dringend notwendig!!! Hätte man aber auch leihen können. Steigeisen und Klettergurt wurden gestellt. Schon die Tour mit dem Geländewagen über die F-Route zum Gletscher ist ein Erlebnis. Dann ging es zu Fuß weiter über das Eis und in die Höhlen. Wir hatten eine nette Truppe und eine sehr liebe Tourführerin. Ein bisschen mehr Erklärungen hätten wir uns gewünscht. Fragen waren aber immer willkommen und wurden ausführlich beantwortet. Insgesamt ein beeindruckendes Erlebnis, was wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.
