Amazing, recommend to anyone. My son backed into our garage door and appeared beyond repair and would be necessary to replace the entire door which would be very costly. The local garage door company tech came out same day, and even though initially it was looking like an expensive replacement of the entire door, while working to get the door open so we could remove our cars the tech was somehow able to fix the door which didn’t seem possible. Really appreciate the extra effort which saved us a lot of money. This is the second time we worrked with them and both times impressed they weren’t just trying to sell us but refreshingly provided us with the options and best solution for our circumstances. Can’t say enough. Thank you!

I called Local Garage Door Company after my garage door spring broke, and I couldn't be happier with the service! They were able to schedule me quickly, and the technician arrived on time and ready to work.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained exactly what needed to be done. The spring replacement was completed efficiently, and my garage door is working perfectly again. The pricing was fair and transparent - no surprises.

Mario knows garage doors! He explained why I was having issues with my garage door opener not closing properly. He offered alternative solutions. I chose the long term solution of replacing the torsion system and opener. The work was the done on the same day and completed in about 90 minutes. I was very impressed with the quality, knowledge, explanation, and clean up of work.

Short version:
Based on my experience I cannot recommend Local Garage Doors to install your fullview/glass garage door. I ended up giving them 2 stars instead of one, only because the install techs that came on the last day seemed to understand what they were doing and acted with professionalism. Having to come out 4 times just to get the panels installed in the correct order and direction is unacceptable, that with the inability for the initial tech to be on time (or just letting me know he's running late) makes me question the integrity and qualifications of this company as a whole. I have written up a detailed version of all I had to go thru (too long for google review) that you can contact me for or see on YELP.
1) Tech late for estimate, no call. After he arrived, looked over my current install and offered a couple of options. Got qoutes and ended up with Fullview door. Scheduled install for follow weekend
2) Install day #1 tech was again late. Arrived over hour after window. He then informed me that he had actually not measured and the door the were bringing was too big for my opening so they would not install door. Wasted Saturday.
3) Tech came up with solution, rescheduled install for mid-week
4) Install day #2, techs arrived on time but endud up installing bottom panel inside out. Had to schedule another install to replace panel
5) Install day #3, different techs (at my request) arrived on time. Tried to fix issue but turns out that other panels were installed upside down and had to get a new top panel as there was visible gap. Techs confirmed first install was completely screwed up.
6) Install try #4. Finally able to get everything installed correctly and working properly. Door still does not fit 100% but will learn to live with.
Other than a couple of "sorry for inconvenience" texts, crickets from management. Unacceptable attitude for such an expensive install. Wasted several days due to pure incompetence.

I've been a customer of Local Garage Company in the past and was very satisfied with the work done. The Technician today was very knowledgable and was able to fix the problem with the garage door without me having to replace it at this time. I would have made it five stars, and it has nothing to do with the Technician. It has to do with the fact that my first appointment was from 9am-11am and I had to call the office at 11:15 am to let them know that I could no longer wait because I had other commitments and I was disappointed that no one from the office called me that there would be a delay. It was also quite a chore to reschedule today's appointment. I did it online as was suggested, and A1 which I believe was doing the rescheduling, kept repeating or rather confirming every step I took. It took me quite awhile to reschedule and although I asked for the same time, 9am-11am, it confirmed a different time. I had to do it all over again. This is not a time saver.
