I had an outstanding experience at the Firestone on Highway 31 in Greenwood! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.
The service was quick, efficient, and done right the first time. My car runs better than it has in months, and I really appreciated the honest communication throughout the whole process. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the whole experience even smoother.

I travel a lot and choose to drive as much as possible. I need oil changes often. Here at the Greenwood 31 store they were kind, communicated clearly and worked efficiently. We had a problem with my rims and they made the extra effort to find the spline kit that worked so I could do a rotation. They’ve fix tires, oils changes and done rotations for me. Highly recommend.
