Fair ☺ Cleanliness and the staff ☹ This is not a 4-star hotel. I just can't understand how they still hold the rating. It's at most a 3-star. Very old, the bathroom just looks awful, the furniture in the room is really old. Overall the hotel needs a renovation, everything is old and at every step you just see something coming off or broken. The windows are old and of low quality, you can barely sleep even with the window closed, because the hotel is located near a busy road right at a traffic light.
