We recently had our en-suite and family bathroom renovated by Liam and the team and are very happy with the results. The attention to detail was excellent and the quality of workmanship really shows. Any issues or concerns we had were taken on board and actioned. They were very flexible and accommodating throughout the project, always willing to work around changes or requests without any hassle. Communication was good the whole way through — we were kept informed at every stage and questions were answered quickly. The work area was always kept tidy and organised, which makes a big difference while the renovations were ongoing. Overall, they were professional, easy to work with, and delivered two fantastic bathrooms and would recommend Liam and the team.

When Liam came to view the old bathroom and what I needed, he made me feel at ease. He went through everything with me . What i wanted, he was there with me. I had got a few quotes, but when I met Liam I got a good vibe. From Kein, his apprentice, and the tilers, it was a job with no apprehension. You can trust Liam, I have recommended him to my son, so that says everything.

Liam has a personable style and "nothing is a problem" attitude. The pristine design, finish and overall workmanship of him and his team are of extremely high quality. He is a good communicator, responsive and has an eye for the minute details. He took a small space in the house and transformed it into a fabulous bathroom renovation. Liam and his team were a pleasure to have working in the house. I cannot recommend Liam more highly for any style or size bathroom transformation.

I was looking to renovate my elderly mother's bathroom to make it more age friendly to ensure she could continue to live independently and safely. When I contacted Liam he immediately understood our needs and suggested an affordable and modern solution. My mother and I are delighted with the result. Liam took care of everything including removal of wall between original bathroom and separate toilet. He was professional at all times and I would highly recommend him for any bathroom renovation work.

Liam did my bathroom renovation in October last, I needed a walk-in shower instead of the bath, so everything was replaced. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the workmanship was excellent. I am very happy with the job and would definitely recommend him.

Does not follow on guarantee. Low quality mirror, changed once and put a stained one. But worse: I’ve a leak behind the sink going through the ceiling below and he doesn’t even bother to reply my texts. If you use him, get a signed contract, invoice and guarantee on paper. Very disappointing.

Hi. Our bathroom had a bit of water damage. It was also in desperate need of an update. We definitely had to replace/update the existing invalidity shower, as our elderly grandmother lives here. Liam really listened to all of the ideas we had, told us what would work, and what wouldn't. And he gave us options that suited us and the result we were looking for. He is a professional and he surrounds himself with other professionals, whilst on the job. The standard was exceptional. We were left feeling that the final product was well worth the reasonable cost.

Liam renovated our small 2.5 X 1.6 metre bathroom in Raheny to a standard that has delighted us. The job involved removing the old avocado suite and tiling, and replacing it with a long spacious walk-in shower and a new compact toilet and hand basin. The shower walls and all of the bathroom floor were expertly tiled. All of the work was completed to a very high standard, in time and within budget. Liam's initial suggestions were most helpful and he then responded to our ideas with alternatives that were really suitable. The fittings he recommended were of good quality and the finished work was excellent. He is a very easy person to work with and it was a pleasure to have him in our home.
