I recommend going somewhere else for your repairs. I brought in two iPhone 13s for new batteries. Pretty simple repair. The first phone kept rebooting when I took it home, took it back they opened it back up and fixed that issue only to get home again and find out the Face ID was broken now, luckily they had the same phone to swap it with for ruining my phone. The second phone the repair went fine but they resealed the phone up so poorly that a few drops of rain water got on the phone and ended up getting in the phone and fried the motherboard. Would be way better to take it a shop who cares about their work and has full warranties on their work.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with issues after what should have been a simple battery replacement. While we were glad to assist with the first device, we regret that the overall experience didn’t meet your expectations.
When a phone is opened for repair, its original factory seal can’t be fully restored, potentially increasing its vulnerability to moisture. We take every precaution to reseal devices carefully, but unfortunately, no third-party repair can guarantee the same waterproofing as the manufacturer.
Our repairs include a warranty on parts and labor, but it doesn’t cover damage caused by external factors, such as water exposure. That said, your feedback is important to us, and we’d love the opportunity to discuss this further and see how we can help.
We take feedback like yours seriously and would welcome the chance to speak with you directly to understand better what happened and explore how we can make things right. Please feel free to reach out to us or stop by the shop.
